I ordered my BendPak 4-post car lift through Bigboysgaragetoys. They let me know immediately that they had received my order and how it would be shipped. When shipping info was available, they let me know that, too and helped to follow up when it was waiting to be moved to a nearby dock for pick up. One part of my order wasn't with the rest and they quickly got it taken care of. I am very happy with my lift and the service I received!

I had to buy a new air compressor for my business and knew that I was going to have spend some dough to get a good one. Having used oilless for a while I wanted to upgrade to a oil lubricated. After looking around and asking a thousand questions I decided on the Eagle 5HP Air Compressor and BigBoysGarageToys was the cheapest. But it wasn't just the price that steered me there, it was Scott's customer service and knowledge. I called him and asked questions before I even decided to buy from him and he answered all my questions. Spectacular customer service!! The man knows how to run his business and is dedicated. I do this same thing with my customers and it really makes a difference. Business owners should take a lesson from Scott on how to treat their customers. I ordered the compressor and had it 2-3 days later. Came in well packed on a freight truck. The compressor is awesome! 18.5 cfm at 100 psi is more than enough for my needs. Scott Matthew, owner/sale rep. is very knowledgeable with the products and act quickly in getting your product shipped from the manufacturer(free shipping) with tracking numbers. The product came on time (3 days) without any issues , I'm glad I was convince to get the Bendpak brand.

Scott Matthews has been more than helpful; love the lift fits in my garage perfectly. Recommend making some instructional videos to assist in assembly (e.g. YouTube videos).....this would be of great assistance for someone like myself. Also found that the cable reave (A) would not stay in the pully groove (bottom reave as depicted in the instructions).....the cable kept walking out into the (C) pully reave. I repositioned it several times then finally changed the reave where (A) reave is on the top pully and (C) is on the bottom.....works fine now (and yes I swopped the cable attachment at the hydraulic ram attachment). Also the casters used for moving the lift....amazing, so effortless.....definitely beneficial positioning it prior to mounting it in place with the anchoring studs....also easy to install (after watching a YouTube video). Thank you Scott.....truly appreciate all your assistance!

Scott was great, very attentive and detail oriented. Other vendors I've dealt with over the years are terrible at getting back to you with answers, but not Scott. Every conversation or email ended with "is there anything I can help you with?" When my order arrived from the manufacturer damaged (by the trucking company), Scott acted on my behalf to get a speedy resolution. Highly recommended!

Ordered an Ingersoll Rand compressor, and within literally seconds of hitting the "place order" button received a call from Bigboysgaragetoys confirming the order. The trucking company delivered it straight from Ingersoll Rand to my garage. Upon setting up the compressor I noticed that the belt protector cage was damaged. Looked at the box and sure enough saw where a sharp object had penetrated. I reported it via email and again, was impressed with the speed with which they responded, contacted IR on my behalf and got me a replacement cage ordered. I am SO impressed with the professionalism and customer service from this company. I frankly have not seen anything like it in a long time, possibly ever! Mark C.
