This website is given to you after you click into the DVLA, you are then signing up for a quarterly payment of £89 that’s can not be refunded. Beware.

This company is a complete scam, my partner died this year and I thought it would be nice to get her older son a provisional licence, he unfortunately went through these scammers and then signed up by mistake to their service, his licence has now cost me £222 and although I pleaded with them due to me being a single father they had no compassion, they are a disgrace and have no heart. I only wanted to do the right thing but they are pure scammers.

Rip off, masquerading as the government website and then takes £89 per quarter from you. Took me until tyhe third payment to realise unfortunately.

This company preports to be an official government site by imitating Gov application forms. They are a pernicious parasitic site conning innocent people into paying excessive fees and signing up to a contract which is not required. They are cynical in their responses to complaints and hide behind technical conditions. The law should be changed to eradicate such sites. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Most just get caught in their trap.

I can only echo other comments. Who needs a ‘service’ costing £89 a quarter to renew their licence? We have just realised what my wife signed up to and have had to cancel her card. I do note their website has temporarily stopped taking on new subscriptions. Possibly, just possibly, a conscience is kicking in.

This is a scam, the website mimics the GOV website and once they've taken the first payment they then take £89.00 from your account every 3 months. You wont know you've signed up for it. Its a disgrace.

Scam. Thought I was getting a new drivers license so put in details and they took £30 for the drivers license (didn't received it then they took £89 out of my account 3 times before I noticed it.

Has anyone managed to get a refund?

I needed to renew my driving licience so I typed in the address DVLA provided in a letter. This scam website was on top of Google search. I looked later that the genuine DVLA governemnt website was directly underneath this scam website. The format looks so much like governemnt website. I noticed after pressing submitted, there is a small grey out writing £65 for the charge. I previously checked that to renew a licience with Dvla only require £14 fees and post office will charge £21.50 so I immediately raised the alarm. I contacted the bank and they saw £65 pending. According to this scam website, I should receive a confirm mail for the transaction. I received nothing from this scammer. I now cancelled my card with the bank.
I even called DVLA to clarify if I had paid them. They said no record of my transaction. Of course DVLA system don't have any transaction as the scammer took the money not DVLA. I talked to one of the advisors at DVLA, she suggested to call the bank immediately. DVLA obviously knows about this scam website. What on earth no one investigate this and why the government or fraud authority not doing anything to remove the Website and prosecute them ??!!
Ps, they don't even deserve one star. But it is a format we have to put one star in order to leave review.

Watch out they will keep taking £89 every 90days if you use them and won't refund it THEY ARE THIEVES!

SCAM, suspicious transaction of £89. They have taken out money and I have had zero interaction with this company

Noticed that £89 was pending out of my account for driving licence account. Suspiciously, on the same day I received an email to join a loyalty program for the licence assistance website. I’m not sure how they got my details as I’ve never interacted with them before or given them my details but immediately raised red flags. Avoid at all cost, change your card/block your card and tell your bank immediately!

This company is a scam they take £20 for your licence then every 3 months £89. How the hell does DVLA allow them is beyond me. I thought DVLA was a governing body. It's the 1st company which come up on Google. It's so wrong. Your all going to get karma that work for this company. So wrong ripping people of basxxxxs

My 16 year old got caught up in this scam when applying for his provisional licence. They have taken 3 payments of £89 for administration assistance services. What 16 year old needs this type of service! He received no confirmation email or opt out instructions and the application form gives you no option but to sign up for the services. The website application process looks identical to the one on the government website. A complete scam - can't believe they can get away with it.

Absolute scam. £89 out my account this morning and still no driving license. Thought id gone through the gov website. Wont refund the £89 but refunded the £14 for the license. Put a dispute in with my bank, apparently this was an ongoing monthly charge which the bank how now stopped, it wasnt even in my subscriptions on my online banking for me to cancel myself. Please be careful people 🤬🤬🤬

Scam. Charged 2 x £89 for absolutely no service. Contract apparently buried in fine legal print. Contacted them for refund, they refused. Shocked that after so many similar customer experiences this company can still trade. It should be banned and directors prosecuted.

This company needs to be shut down. How is what they are doing legal?

It's just a government rip off you have to tick the subscription box or you can't go any further with your application they took 89 pounds off my credit card luckily my bank spotted it and got intouch with me so I emailed them to cancel they give you 24 hours to cancel but it doesn't go through for 3 days so you really don't know it's been taken. It's still gone through and I've paid it but I'm going to ring them to see if I can get it back. Apparently its so you can use the land registry lol OK if your moving house TAKE CARE EVERYONE

If there was a minus stars option, I would add this. My son has just been scammed for £89, money he has spent a while saving up. He wanted to sort out his provisional license himself, and did it with this company, but had no idea that by doing so he was engaging in a “subscription” for a regular payment of £89. My son has only just turned 17. I just called the company to ask that this money they took be refunded, and the person I spoke to did not help at all, and said the money was taken legally (because this surreptitious subscription info is buried in a disclaimer somewhere in the company’s website). I will be reporting this company to the Financial Conduct Authority to see if they can help get our refund. While what the company claim to be doing is “legal”, it’s utterly unethical. I will also be seeing if there is any traction for exposing this company in the press. My son has had his money taken from him. We are in shock. Please, please avoid this company at all costs.
