une arnaque totale : le payment par carte bancaire ne fonctionne pas, j'ai payé par virement et n'ai jamais reçu le produit !! faux site attention !!! pas de service client, faux profil instagram... j'ai porté plainte mais évidemment la police ne sait pas faire fermer un site hébergé à l'étranger.

Scam. Ordered bike, never received it. Phone number from sweden does not respond. Emails not responded. No order confirmation. Payment with bank transfer. Why can't these fake sites be shut down to avoid more damage?
€68 paid by international transfer, goods never received , no responses to repeated emails. From the other review this appears to be a scam, best avoid.
Only found out about Trustpilot after 1.5 years of my terrible experience with Bikelix. I think I should still share my experience to stop another person fall into their scam.
I ordered 2 Babboe bikes from Bikelix back in Oct 2021, I contacted them to check about the delivery date before placing the order. They said the lead time will be 6 weeks once payment received. They were very responsive before payment but not anymore once they got my payment.
They made a lot of fake promises on phone, promised the bikes will be shipped in certain date or refund will be made but of course neither of these happened. I asked them to put everything in writing as confirmation and evidence but they never did so.
While Bikelix was putting the blame to Babboe, told me it was Babboe not being able to provide the bikes. I had to contact Babboe the manufacturer directly about my order, then found out Babboe actually never received my order. Luckily Babboe was very helpful and helped to give them pressure to proceed refund.
I also tried contacting my local Swedish consultant as well as the Swedish police but none of these parties were able to offer any kind of help.
It was a very stressful few months because it was a lot of money. Luckily I had all my money back with the help from Babboe but less the foreign curreny exchange rate and the credit card bank charge.
But lesson learnt, only buy from reputatble company.
Order placed and paid for by bank transfer.
Automated order confirmation, but no further correspondence or replies from e-mails.
I created an account but my order did not show in the account.
'Bike Global' does not exist as a business and there is no Google address in either Austria or Sweden.
Check website carefully:
1. Company addresses are not consistent.
2. All pictures and videos are lifted from elsewhere on the web, so no company face is shown and no company taken photographs, videos or content.
3. Instagram pictures and videos are all lifted.
4. Facebook page does not exist.
5. The phone number is not live- single tick on WhatsApp.
6. The website owner has put a lock on their address so cannot be traced in a WhoIs lookup.
7. Web address linked to New Zealand!
8. TrustedSite link is expired or never existed in the first place.
9. Twitter account does not exist.
10. None of the secure payment options that are offered on the site actually work at checkout (even low value items).
11. No active blog or news.
12. The prices are significantly cheaper than the RRP.
13. Free delivery to UK but no mention of Tax even though we have left the EU??!
14. Company says they are trading since 2014 but YouTube account is only open since 2018.
You get the idea.
Make sure to check the above if you are unsure of an online seller. Always make sure that there is a physical face or place for the business.
Make sure that the communication channels are all working before purchasing.
Only pay by credit card or PayPal for the best protection.
Debit card is not so good.
Bank transfer is the least likely way of getting money back.
I had to chase up my bank to get my money back. Thankfully my payment was stuck with an Intermediary Bank, otherwise I might not have been refunded. UK banks are supposed to cover fraud through "Authorised Push Payments" but it is better not to risk it.

Dårlig service, produktet kom etter 5-6 måneder og snart 8 måneder etter venter jeg fortsatt på.et av produktene som var en del av pakken jeg bestilte. Ikke kjøp fra denne useriøse aktører.
