I have been trying to seek support for quite a while! I knew something wasn't right but I was always told I was too young (aged 41 when I thought i was perimenopausal). I was diagnosed with ADHD aged 41 (brain fog next level and I also think perimenopausal which was exacerbating the symptoms). I was stuck, was I imagining these symptoms? Did I have health anxiety? Were these low mood symptoms just depression because I was already on anti- depressants? I am a mental health nurse but felt gaslit by medical/societal norms. My GP even called me neurotic. Yet when I found BioID while scrolling one day I booked an appointment to speak to an advisor. I was very lucky and had an online appointment wirh a lady called Chelsea! I absolutely adore this lady, she asked me questions and listened to everything I had to say. I cried while talking to her out of relief as I finally felt heard. Chelsea said based on what I was saying I scored 21/25 for menopausal symptoms ans encouraged a blood test to show exactly what was going on. This was arranged and Chelsea explained exactly what would happen next. A nurse came to my house, took the blood samples and a doctor from BioID called me and went through the results. All results such as cholesterol, HBA1C, liver function etc all fine. Yet when it came to the hormone side of it she said I was functioning on about 10% of what someone my age typically has and said it was no wonder I felt how I felt and I needed all 4 hormones, Oestrogen, DHEA, Testosterone and Progesterone. They also provided me with supplements auch as magnesium to taje at night and B vitamins in the morning. Since starting the programme I can regulate my emotions better, sleep better, the horrendous aches and pains have gone which is a great relief especially about the hip pain which was awful, there are many other symptoms that have greatly improved! I can just get on with my life. The BioID team contact me when I am due a telephone review or another blood test. My recent review meant the doctor was satisfied I can stay on the current dose for each and they will continue to review quarterly. The BioID team have given me a new lease of life and I would recommend them to anyone. A HRT package of bioidentical hormones tailored to my specific body and not a one size fits all partial HRT treatment from the NHS. Thanks BioID for the support, non judgemental approach and the ability to find a solution specifically for me. I'm sure you will help many more people. I will always recommend what you do!

Hit and miss customer service
Recently started my hormone meds and the appointment to follow up was cancelled 3 minutes before it was due. I’ve read other reviews from people who have had similar issues. Feel very let down by Bio ID. I had been reassured that these issues had been sorted out, clearly not. Get your act together BioID if you want to be taken seriously.

Comprehensive hormone treatment received
In a certain age females start to experience the menopause effects... after few consultations with local GPs my situation was the same so I came to BioID...
Company arranged my hormone levels checks, prescribing my unique hormone treatment. Over the course of time I was surprised to discover myself again! Night flushes almost gone or became insignificant, body feels light and free, mood improved drastically! I can't praise BioID company enough, what a great support I received! I had a regular checks, full support when I had some questions and professional clinician feedback to my needs.

Tablets take 2weeks to arrive so make sure you order in time. I get 100 tablets in the prescription but one lot has run out before the other. 🤷♀️ it’s says monthly check in’s but that’s not happened to me.

Don’t bother -fake company
Don’t bother. They take your money, then show an error on the screen when booking your appointment. Now fighting to get my money back. Their phone is automated, and they never answer. Go elsewhere and save yourself the pain I’m now going through.

Highly recommended company
Highly recommended company. I was already on hrt from my GP but this wasn’t working after over 12 months and they weren’t prepared to up my dose. From my first appointment with Jennifer I actually felt listened to and not fobbed off. After my appointment with Tunde it turns out I had a lot more symptoms than I originally thought. There was a lovely lady who came to the house to do my bloods and everything was explained about my results in detail.
After only 4 weeks I am actually sleeping all night. This hasn’t happened for over 18months. I am finally beginning to see the woman I was before all this started.
My younger sister used this company first as she wanted to get in early as she didn’t want to end up in the situation I was in. This is what prompted me after her recommendation.

I recently used Bio ID Health and was really impressed with how prompt everything was. I got my blood results back within just a few days, which was much faster than I expected.
I understood that I needed to do the Body MOT test, so I booked and went ahead with it. To be honest, I was quite nervous beforehand — I’m not usually comfortable with these kinds of tests — but the whole process was made so simple and straightforward by the team. Consultant Absence
Chased results and someone got back to me but my consultant didn’t turn up to my spot today at 3pm. Rang general line and it seems there’s a mix up as she said under her breath 3.40 but then said actually it is 3pm. She said she would notify consultant I’m waiting but the consultant has still not turned up to the call. Very unprofessional.

Very Good Company To Deal With
Have been with Bio ID since last Nov. Its been abit of a rocky road to get my HRT to the correct levels...which to be fair, they do tell you that in the first place. My Clinician is Tayyub who has been a star! He always replies to emails or makes an appt for a video call if I have any problems. He is reassuring and sympathetic. He is very knowledgeable. The whole team there are very proactive . I would absolutely recommend them

At the start helpful then some problems
At the start of wry helpful then some issues along the way making the process stressful and not flowing. A delay in meds as wasn’t aware had to fill a repeat prescription request that went to my junk. I had to follow up. No reply on the phone for a day.

Nothing is more important than your…
Nothing is more important than your health and when taking hormone replacement therapy you need to feel confident that you are being properly looked after by professional people.
I have recently started taking trt and have had a few concerns. But I have either called or emailed Bioidhealth and they have taken care of things immediately. Lydia has been absolutely amazing and has been incredibly helpful in getting me the help and advice I need. The company as a whole are very professional and I am really pleased with how everything is going regarding regular blood tests and regular reviews. The consultants are amazing too with face to face video calls giving you that extra peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to go on to hrt.
