I cannot even begin to explain - life changing!
I started bio ID 10 weeks ago, in a very dark place mentally and unable to function physically. I had a spinal injury at 19 which means I've always struggled with pain, fatigue and physical exercise but only in the last 2 years has it given me hangover symptoms for days after doing any form of exercise. Before bio ID, my fatigue was off the charts and I was going to bed as soon as I'd put my kids to bed (7pm) because I was so exhausted. Sweating in the night, feeling like I could go to sleep at any point in the day and like I was walking through treacle, my mental health was in a ditch and I started anti depressants, therapy, you name it. Nothing worked. Then I watched an interview around hormones and thought 'what have I got to lose' - Bio ID has given me back my life. It was like I was wondering around in a fog before, now I'm back to myself, I am weight training again 2 x a week, no fatigue at all and I want to go out. I want to book things in the diary and I'm not in bed at 7pm!! A new chapter and one I am so grateful to have!! Thank you so much to lovely Lisa and everyone for genuinely changing my life and giving me back everything I thought I'd lost. If you're on the fence about this - DO IT! My only regret is not doing it sooner!

Wasnt sure to start with but extremely impressed! Really good people & customer service is on point! Hate having blood taken, a nurse came to my home (got a vein too which isnt easy on me) all in all these guys are offering brilliant healthcare treatment plans.

I had a great experience. My symptoms have improved a lot after the doctors carefully reviewed my condition and changed my medication. The doctors were very helpful, supportive, and took the time to find the right treatment for me. I’m very thankful for their care and professionalism.

Not happy, Complete RIP OFF, I WANT MY REFUND !
I have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund for my blood tests that I cancelled 1 hour after my consultation when I did some digging and found out the actual price per month for 'their' advised HRT regime!!!!
Very, very expensive, please ask about the pricing BEFORE you agree to pay £235.00 for a blood test !!!!
After countless telephone conversations, my refund is STILL going through their system !!!!!!
It DOES NOT take 2 weeks to authorise a refund !!!!
I WANT MY REFUND !!!!!!!

I was really hoping I could start this treatment, but couldn’t be helped as my BMI was below 27, it would of been really helpful to read this in your email before booking - I was interested as it would help my visceral fat around my tummy & inflammation.

Patient safety is always our priority, and GLP-1 medications can only be prescribed when clinical guidelines are met, including a BMI of 27 or above. So far so good, the team have been professional and informative. I had my bloods taken and results were delivered quickly. Follow up information on prescriptions and finance was good. Awaiting prescription so not sure on the delivery and quality yet.

Just had the initial blood testsand 2 follow up consultations which were very reassuring,a complete opposite to my experience with my local GP.Its very encouraging thus far.I am expecting my treatment to arrive in the next few days,It’s been about 2 weeks to get to this point which is encouraging and the aftercare service and constant monitoring seems very impressive so hopefully all goes well

I’ve had a really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience with BioID Health and their hormone treatment service. Before starting treatment, I was struggling with frequent day and night hot flushes, poor sleep, and other menopause symptoms that were really affecting my daily life.
Within around 6 weeks, I could already notice a big improvement, and now at the 3-month point my symptoms are almost completely gone. The hot flushes that used to happen constantly are now very rare, both during the day and at night.
One thing that really stands out is how supportive and accessible the team are. They are available 7 days a week, which is incredibly reassuring if you need advice or have questions. The home visit service for blood tests is also a huge bonus and makes the whole process so much easier and more convenient.
I also want to mention Carla and Ros, who I have regular catch-up calls with. They are both absolutely lovely, caring, and genuinely take the time to listen and support you throughout the journey.
I’m extremely happy with the service from BioID Health and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with menopause symptoms and hormone support.

From the moment I decided to go with bio id I have nothing but positive feedback. From professional to personal touch. I felt I mattered and wasn’t just a customer. Anytime I have a question I book an appointment and have a video meeting. Each appointment I do not feel rushed.
