Had a quality issue with one of the tea blends, customer support was nothing short of amazing. Resolved my issue promptly, took the matter serioisly and went above and beyong to rectify it. Honestly my favourite tea company and after dealing with their customer service it only increased my respect for them as a customer.

Always had an amazing experience, either while shopping online or in store. Today there was a little bit of a mismatch between online stock and the actual warehouse stock, but the proactive help from CS specialist was amazing and she managed to come up with the solution in no time.
Once again thank you Katie for the help and amazing customer service.
And of course the product is great so I keep ordering it to another country :)

I just wanted to leave a review to say how lovely Andi and Kat were! I was curious about different flavours and wanted to know if you could buy smaller tins before buying the larger ones, and Andi & Kat went above and beyond and sent me some little tins so I could try some different flavours. They were so kind, and I am very grateful!

I have bought the Spiced Pumpkin Pie Tea for years. This year, it’s been “redeveloped” as Spiced Pumpkin Chai, and it’s awful. Really disgusting. The Spiced Pumpkin Pie Tea is my comfort tea (I’m neurodivergent, so this is Important), and my supplies from last year are dwindling (2025-me thought there would be more to buy this year… How wrong I was).

I emailed Customer Support to express how upset I am and the reply I got from Andi was so dismissive and condescending. They ignored all of my points and instead just told me how great their tea redevelopment process is, and how the new Spiced Pumpkin Chai has “more depth and character”. No, no it doesn’t. It has a horrible taste, isn’t pumpkiny at all, is not reminiscent of autumn, evokes no cosiness or comfort at all, and is a really poor version of the original.

The reply I got from Andi had no mention of the Happniess Guarantee that they cite, by the way. There wasn’t an offer of any kind of resolution or refund or anything — just: aren’t we wonderful, your favourite tea has been redeveloped, suck it up. So, not only is the tea disgustingly tasteless, so is Customer Support.

Despite their website and their values, Bird and Blend Tea don’t care about their products or their customers. They just want your money.

We went to Canterbury and Spoke with Roxie who spent time with us going through the different flavours and came away with quite a haul. No idea what we were doing we booked a course. We visited the shop before the course to check where we were supposed to go as nothing had come through by email only to be told there was no course that evening & the manager would be back in 40 mind. We went off & found a pizza place & called the manager. He was so upset & offered to do the course for us but we wouldn’t get the full thing & he may have had plans. No probs I’ll call Roxie tomorrow. Meanwhile I had already emailed in asking for some help in missing points and guidance on how to make the teas in the shops as I was getting nowhere. In comes the Fabulous Katie. Katie replied with different recipes to help me out & then said “I see you are booked on a course but no date attached - what’s happened” so told her and she solved everything. Full refund, rebooked, points sorted, recipes given. This is what customer service should be. Amazing. Thank you Katie. You are wonderful! Absolute asset to Bird & Blend

Loved all the tea blends I tried. I am from the U.S. and was so surprised and pleased at how quickly the tea arrived.

My fave external company is always teariffic, ever since I discovered their Easter range the year after the company launch. They employ vibrant and differently able/identifying people whom are a joy to know.
All that, plus I get deep discounts as a wholesale customer. And I'm prone to negativity due to some crippling neuro health bs, so this is probably the most positive that I've been since 2004.
Oh, and the advent calendars prelaunch in-store and online on the 28th. I'm so excited 😊😆 thinking about it that I can almost go back to bed. I love Yuletide, mysteries, and B&B, and enjoy logging the passing holiday. I hope that Seasonal Stuffing returns too, as it does wonders for my lungs.

I am so excited I found this utterly splendid tea company! Truly the best tea blends I’ve ever experienced and their customer service is second to none. Definitely a lifelong customer.

Bird and blend is fast becoming one of my favourite tea companies, the tea blends are unique and so tasty but the customer service in store when buying in person is outstanding and makes the experience so special. All the staff in the Liverpool store are always so helpful, friendly and happy to chat about tea! They really take their time helping you chose with no pressure which is delightful and have so many tips and tricks for at home brewing.
Maddy in the Liverpool store today was wonderful and helped me pick some new blends to try which are already a success after I brewed one at home.
Definitely recommend a store visit!

I love bird & blends teas, they are incredible. I but the loose tea as its more economical, yesterday i popped into the shop in York to buy some more tea and the staff were so lovely & helpful! I bought one of their perfect tea spoons to measure out tea and when i got home i went to use it and it broke, i emailed them and received a respond the next day with a replacement sent out in the post. Fab customer service and I love supporting any company that is a B corp also.

I cannot for the life of me get them to stop sending marketing trash. I promise ill never use this product for that reason

I had recently lost the internal filter of my cold brew bottle, asked in store if they had spares for purchase, they directed me to customer service email where Katie was an excellent help and it was just postage that needed paying!

Cam was fantastic. He took the time to tell us all about the different teas, encouraged us to try a few, and made some excellent recommendations based on what we liked. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Outstanding service, we’ll definitely be back!

I've bought in store on a few occasions and online most recently. Small issue with one item delivered, contacted the company and Izzy quickly rectified the problem, sending out a replacement very quickly. Never been disappointed with a tea blend (especially loving the free rhubarb and custard sample- delicious!!).

I actually had a delivery issue (my parcel got lost) and when I contacted B&B, Izzy was on top of the issue! She responded to my emails very quickly and once she understood my parcel had disappeared, she offered to place a replacement order - which arrived the very next day!! I really look forward to tasting all the teas and matchas (including a matcha sample!) that Reef kindly packed for me. Guess who will sip on iced matcha lattes throughout the summer? :)

I’ve been a consistent customer of Bird & Blend for a good few years now and I’m blown away by their level of customer service.

I’ve visited their stores in Manchester and London Covent Garden. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the drinks taste great!

I recently had an issue where one of my items arrived damaged so I contacted the customer service team, not expecting much as it was a limited edition and presumably high demand item, only for them to tell me they could send a replacement to my house! It was easy to get in contact and have the item replaced, absolutely 100 fuss.
