Although our Funeral Plan Arranger had recieved some very sad personal news she was very professional and was very thorough explaining everything. All went well and we are very satisfied with the end result. Put our minds at rest.

Very poor in sending on information, follow up, and Gift Cards promised were not delivered. When chased up (twice) first said it would arrive, and then asked me to follow up with a 3rd party agency, saying it was not their responsibility. Just not good enough. Impersonal and inefficient .

My husband was only 47 when he died and I had no experience of planning a funeral at all. June and Beverley were compassionate, empathetic, professional and helpful, from start to finish. Me, my brother in law and mother in law all talked about how well looked after we were. When visiting my husband at the home he was well cared for and respected. They made us feel so welcome and made everything easy. My husband and I had time to plan his funeral before he died and we used the Co-Op Funeral Care website to help us talk about it all, including coffin choices. I am very grateful for the kind service we got from using Co-Op Funeral Care in Chigwell.

From the moment I walked into the Morley branch I felt confident my late husband would be cared for with compassion and dignity. The staff without exception were so kind, understanding and supportive. A funeral is such an overwhelming event to arrange so I particularly welcomed the guidance and help I was given. I could go on but perhaps it’s enough to say Thank You.
As an aside I felt the pricing was extremely fair and all fees were clearly stated with no “hidden extras”.

get some staff in at Pontefract we was who know what they are about,we made applotment and was told to bring driving licence , after 1.5 hrs we where informed to pay you could not use joint acc ,(went to bank and got 2 statements not good ) after2hrs we left with nothing but wasted 2hrs would not recommend this branch

I first enquired about a funeral plan in August. Unfortunately there was nobody available until September. When I enquired a direct funeral plan was £1600. When an appointment was finally arranged the plan cost had increased by £200 per person meaning my husband and I have to pay another £400. I am very disappointed and feel that the first enquiry and the cost should be honoured at the time of enquiry.

The guy who did mine and my partner side by side,did a perfect job,we know what we wanted ,he didn’t try and sell us anything .Very helpful and professional,end of story .

The Customer Service person I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the range of Funeral plans available and answered all my questions clearly so I could choose the best plan for my requirements.

The staff were helpful and considerate, we said what we required she told us about the plan and we accepted the terms. A bonus was the gift voucher for signing up, very reasonable price. Thank you.

I took out a funeral plan with the coop , and he took all my details , bank details etc. I thought it was all going ahead but it wasn't. The man didnt explain that I had to phone again to start the plan . I phoned the coop but was passed around different staff and one was very rude . I have had to re submit my request and plan but this time I didnt get the members discount because it had been changed to a gift card , and this has upset me . I made a complaint but had no correspondence from them .
