I’m so impressed with everything I purchased. The Matcha Magic Whisk is a total game‑changer — smooth, consistent matcha with hardly any work. The Cold Brew Starter Kit is stunning, feels high‑quality, and makes iced tea unbelievably easy. The loose‑leaf teas and matcha infusions are packed with flavour, and the variety is amazing. I even visited the Worthing café to try more blends and had such a great experience. Five stars from me.

Always super friendly and helpful, be it online or in the stores. The tea is amazing and it is always fun to try the unique flavours. If you are a tea lover then this is the shop for you.

I purchased strawberry lemonade fruit infusion bags in store, once home I opened the box tearing the paper seal only to find the interior bag opened and 7 bags missing on closer inspection the box had previously opened from the bottom and sealed with sellotape.
I contacted customer service and received a response the next working day the item was replaced No real apology was received or an explanation as to how this may of occurred or been missed by staff

I am reluctant to purchase from here in the future

Shop in Brighton - I have just been to the shop and had a wonderful experience. The staff could not have been nicer! They were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I found a fantastic new flavour. Thank you!

I had been putting off this purchase, because of the cost, but on payday I purchase a cold brew kit, plus a cold brew bottle, and some deep breaths loose tea.....and waited....
Within a few days it had arrived, the strawberry lemonade tea was fantastic cold!! Ive not had time to try them all yet.
However, the bottle in the starter kit had been missed out, to start i was confused thinking id made a mistake, but on checking i was right, its had been forgotten.
I found an online chat on the website, not expecting much when I realised it was an AI chat bot, I was pleasantly surprised, it knew who I was, which order I was enquiring about, and as it couldn't help me it would pass me onto customer service.....again, I didnt expect much, within 2 hours I had a reply from a real life human!!! Thank you Izzy!! My issue is now sorted, my bottle will be with me soon!! And I wholly and happily recommend this company to you, I will absolutely be getting more teas, yes they are costly BUT the ingredients are fantastic as is the service!!

Just a had an amazing summer mixer at Bird and Blend in Cardiff. Beth was a totally fab host and we met some great people whilst tasting beautifully flavoured teas. Highly recommend!

Popped into the oxford store yesterday. Didn’t catch there names but the two staff in there where fantastic! Went in for the looseleaf starter kit for my family members birthday and they where so kind and knowledgeable!!!

Popped into the Guildford store today, first timers and was very impressed with the range of teas available. Liv was exceptionally helpful, allowed us to taste and smell such a wide variety of options. She went the extra mile, was extremely helpful and certainly has more than encouraged us to return. Great advertisement for the shop and the range of products. 😊

We have just visited your Nottingham store.
It was a wonderful experience, the ladies in your store were very helpful, passionate and really knew their stuff. They even whisked me up a tea to try which was delicious.
I came away with their starter set and a few extras. My friend bought the same starter set on line as she did not have room in her suitcase to get any in store.
It’s nice to see that tea has become the new coffee..

We got a birthday cake iced matcha latte from the Leeds city centre branch and ngl it was awful. It was more of water and ice and little bit of matcha and oat milk. It tasted like water with slight flavour.

I bought the silver one which is great. It makes perfect matcha lattes. I am a bit gutted as they e now brought out a lilac version which I would have chosen. It looks beautiful.
The samples were great. I got 2 drinks from each little 3g tin. It helped me choose which larger tins to buy. The raspberry ripple and buttermint are my faves.

Never been in to a Bird & Blend store before, what a great experience today in the store on Rose Street with Tee who served me. I had lots of enthusiastic questions and she knows her stuff… I was buying teas for a friend, I may be converted now after today. I was also asking Tee about the Matcha Tea and just like that, she made me one, I tried it and loved it. After that I bought the whisk too. Thanks Tee, great service from you.

Brilliant experience with customer support (Katie) after a matcha whisk I bought as a gift stopped working. Very easy to communicate with their team, they organised collection, testing, and then delivery of a replacement, plus a little gift for my hassle (there was no hassle).

I've been a customer of Bird&Blend since 2020. It started as a little treat here and there during the lockdown, but the orders became more and more frequent, as I wanted to try more teas.
I tried a subscription for a little while, which made me very happy. I cancelled a subscription when I was cutting down on my spending. It has always been very straightforward, easy and enjoyable with B&B.
My closest store is in Exeter, and I come down every few months, get some teas, buy a matcha to drink on the way home, and the staff is always super friendly, chatty and nice. Today, however, I had a particularly fantastic experience. The lovely girl in store (I'm so sorry I forgot to ask her name!) was just so kind and friendly, super funny, honest and just overall brilliant. I left with 8 teas, a tin of matcha, a tote bag and a cup of matcha in hand. I hadn't had the best day, but she completely turned it around for me; I left so happy, and she just made my day.
See, this is why I love B&B. Yes, it's more expensive than buying tea from a supermarket. Yes, it's a bit of a journey for me (can we have a store in Plymouth, please?). However, I just don't enjoy supermarket teas. I get all giddy and excited when I make myself a cup of tasty tea in the evening or have my flavoured AND sugar-free matcha at work. I love that B&B gives me this great experience, whether online or in store. Thank you for this guys, just keep doing you.

I visit the Cambridge store and have been served by Emily, who unbelievably remembered my requirements from the previous visit and spend in the shop!
Great experience and now I have a whole raft of teas to enjoy.

I have visited Bird and Blend Canterbury twice now. The first time was when I was walking past and a very nice lady offered me a sample of cream egg. I mentioned that I could only have dairy free and decafinated and when she said it was both and I tasted it, WOW I just had to buy a bag and take it home. But spending time with Roxy and trying some other teas out, I actually left with 4 large bags.

On visiting the second time and getting into more knowledge, it became very overwhelming with the hospitality of both Roxy the manager and Ciara. Their in-depth fascinating knowledge and contagious excitement grew on me as soon as I entered the shop.

What I was nervous about was how I struggle day to day with brain fog after having cancer 4 times, but yet again, Roxy spent loads of time with me explaining everything really slowly and waiting patiently whilst I took everything down in my notes.

I left with another 3 bags of various teas and can't wait to return to sample some Ice teas.
