Biscuit is quite innovative. I think it’s a great app and along with PitPat I am managing to explore all the advantages of having it. I have struggled a bit with finding my way around and achieving goals with my dog. I am elderly so understand that new technology isn’t my forte

At first I had a little trouble using the site as I couldn’t get it to work, but the biscuit team have been so helpful in my troubles with the internet.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Just to let you know, if you have Biscuit Plus, you will not see any adverts in the app, it is a completely ad-free experience. The free version still includes ads to help keep Biscuit running for everyone, but Plus removes them and unlocks higher biscuit earn rates and extra perks for you and your dog.
If you would like to find out more about Biscuit Plus, you can check your app store for details on upgrading.

Worth the upgrade!
Been using the Biscuit App for over a year now and love the fact I’m being rewarded for something I’d be doing anyway… walking my chocolate lab!
I was a bit disappointed when they announced a subscription service as it meant that those using the free option would take a long time to build up rewards and have access to less options.
After using the free option for a couple of weeks I decided to upgrade and paid the annual fee upfront which was slightly less than paying the monthly fee. I can honestly say I’m happy I did, after 3 months I’ve already made more in rewards than the subscription amount so anything now is a bonus
The team are also very helpful if you have any issues which is great

Use to be good but not worth the effort now. Shame was good to get people motivated, after ive used what rewards I've got at xmas I wont bother again unless something changes

Was a great app until the charges
This was a great app which I used daily however they decided to make changes and started charging. Such a shame!

The old model simply wasn’t sustainable, and this change allows us to keep Biscuit running, growing, and adding new features.
You can still use Biscuit for free on the Basic plan, and if you choose Premium, you’ll unlock faster earn rates and extra features. Either way, we’re here to make your walks and rewards more enjoyable.
