I was a little apprehensive at first…
I was a little apprehensive at first but after dealing with my agent, Rawal Abbas, he put my mind at ease. He over communicated with me to the point where I felt very comfortable and delivered upon everything he said. From the transportation to the Umrah guide everything was exactly as he described. The driver and the guide were both exceptional throughout the entire way and not only did they make us comfortable but ensured that we knew exactly what was going on. The hotels were much nicer than I expected and felt like we received first class treatment the entire time. I would absolutely use them in the future and not only that I will recommend them to anyone that is considering going for Umrah or Hajj.

I would say everything that was promised to me by Faheem was actually provided along with continuous support before, during and after tour for all the questions and concerns that I had. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Fatima from Bismillah Tours USA.
From the very beginning to the moment I returned home, her communication was excellent and consistent throughout the entire journey.
I booked an Umrah trip, and Fatima truly delivered a first-class, 5-star experience. She arranged beautiful 5-star hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, perfectly located and very comfortable. The flights were booked thoughtfully to suit our schedule, which made traveling smooth and stress-free.
What really set her apart was her attention to detail and hands-on coordination. The trip included airport pickups, a well-organized road transfer from Makkah to Madinah, and transportation from Madinah to the airport. On top of that, she also arranged our stopover in Turkey on the return journey, including the hotel, which was a great experience.
Fatima stayed connected with us throughout the entire trip, checking in and making sure everything was going well until we safely returned home. That level of care and reliability truly means a lot.
This was one of the best decisions we made, and I would highly recommend Fatima and Bismillah Travels and Tours USA to anyone looking for a seamless, well-coordinated Umrah experience from start to end.

Trust, reliability and reasonable price
Bismillah Tours with the help of Brother Ali provided me with an amazing experience and a safe journey. Brother Ali made sure that I was safe the whole journey to Mekkah and Madina.
Without his guide I will be lost, he was there the whole time. In Ch’Allah in the future I will use this company again.

I was honestly a little skeptical at first about booking my Umrah trip through a travel agency. I reached out to several agencies to compare packages and gather information. Out of all of them, Bismillah Tours stood out immediately.
They were by far the most responsive — and when I say responsive, I truly mean within five minutes. Fatima from Bismillah Tours personally called me and explained every available package in detail. She was patient, transparent, and extremely cooperative while I discussed everything with my family. She answered every question we had and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.
Alhamdulillah, we decided to move forward with them — and it was truly the best decision we could have made.
I’m writing this review on the last day of our Umrah trip, and my family and I are genuinely so happy with the service we received. The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were 5-star, comfortable, and located literally less than five minutes from the Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi. After long days of worship, being so close made an incredible difference.
They also arranged all of our transportation seamlessly — from the airport to Makkah, from Makkah to Madinah, and then from Madinah back to the airport. Everything was punctual, organized, and stress-free, which made the entire journey even more comfortable for my family.
Everything was exactly as promised — no surprises, just professionalism, care, and excellent service from start to finish.
A special thank you to Fatima for being so supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. May Allah reward her and the entire Bismillah Tours team for helping make our Umrah journey smooth and memorable.

The Best Experience
I've had the best experience from the booking to travel and having someone with me via call & text all the time during my Umrah Journey which was exceptional. Hamza helped me with all my requests, booking hotels, my flights with shortest layover, best hotels near Masjid Nabwi and Haram in Makkah. I think the way he was communicating after I reached my destination every time is not what everyone do. If I ever need to travel for Umrah and my family, I honestly don't have to worry about because I know there's Bismillah Tours and Hamza working there so I can stay stress free.

Great service, cost, experience with Bismillah Tours and Noman
An overall great experience with Bismillah Tours. Noman Khan guided me through the whole process and kept in touch throughout my journey.
He helped me customize my package to exactly how I wanted and provided updates to cost, services, etc.
Everything was prepared and done ahead of time and all the information was shared.
Noman made sure I was set before my flight, during my journey, while I was at Umrah, and made sure I made it back as well, always staying on top of hotels, flights, other details.
I would highly recommend Bismillah Tours for convenience and cost and being able to create a package that works best for you. And I would highly recommend Noman Khan as well.
Will definitely be going through Bismillah Tours next time .

Noman Khan was great!
Noman Khan was great very informative, prompt and responsive. He gets 5 stars! He always made sure I was ok and was aware of the schedule.
The only issue we had was with the language with the tours for Ziyarat in Mecca and Madinah. We made it work, but both times English was not the strong suit. Make sure the person transporting you speaks the same language as you to get the full experience. For the overall experience gets 4 stars.

We had an absolutely incredible Umrah experience, and I truly cannot recommend this tour company enough. From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care, professionalism, and sincerity. Traveling for Umrah can be overwhelming, especially with logistics, timing, and accommodations, but this team made the entire journey smooth, stress-free, and deeply meaningful for our family.
A very special thank you to Hussnain Kiyani, who went above and beyond for us every step of the way. His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer questions, and he made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Having someone so reliable and responsive made a huge difference, and it gave us so much peace of mind during such an important spiritual journey. The hotels were well-located and comfortable, transportation was private and extremely convenient, and everything ran on time.
