Elhamdu lillah, I have just returned from performing Umrah with my wife. It was a truly wonderful experience, especially since it was my first time. I booked with Bismillah Company, and I was fortunate enough to meet Hussnain Kiyani. He was excellent with his work and gave me all his time and all the necessary information. He was always eager to contact me to help with anything from the moment I arrived in Mecca until my safe return. Alhamdulilah we just returned from Umrah and the only thing we had to concentrate on was our worship because Sister Fatima from Bismillah Tours handled everything else perfectly- she arranged flights, visa, hotel, transportation and accommodations. Sister Fatima truly cares about her service and provides it with the utmost care and patience. She is very responsive and knowledgeable and you will certainly be at ease knowing that sister Fatima is there to assist you. My first time in Saudi to perform Umrah for my birthday, and Fatima made it smooth I loved that I didn’t have to worry about Visa, or transportation, Fatima also picked out the best hotels for me close to the Haram and Mosque.

First and wonderful Experience
First, i was skeptical because of the fear of dealing with people i never meet in person but the person i spoke to, by name Fatima allay my fear. She was respectful, understanding and professional. She promised that Bismilah Travels is real and I found out they are real. The whole transaction was done on the phone and it was successful. The flight ticket and hotel reservation was made with ease. I was able to confirm the flight ticket too.Am just waiting on my umrah visa which will come INSHA ALLAH.
