App was intuitive and once I got used to the touch & tap controls it was easy and the sound quality was better than my old Gen1 ibuds by a country mile. I let my friend (a BBC sound guy) try them and they blew him away.

Going abroad I inadvertently left my Apple ear buds at home. Bought these on the plane as I like listening to music when sunbathing. They are really decent quality and with the associated app, the range of sounds is impressive. Great price too. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my earbuds not working properly but after a few emails and a tutorial the faulty earbuds have now been replaced at no cost to myself and are working perfectly. Very pleased with the product and the efficiency of the company. Thank you.

I couldn't get on with these at all. The charging process isn't as described in the manual, with lights showing a different colour to what was expected. Skipping a track results in noise cancelling being disabled, or the ENC turning off, or the music just stopping altogether. Nothing is straightforward or intuitive. When they're playing the sound is fine; it's only when you attempt to make any kind of adjustment that you encounter problems.
Of course, the Ts&Cs prohibit an exchange or refund the moment you used the earphones and discovered that they're not that much cop.

I had an issue which Ryan dealt with courteously, efficienty and quickly.
It was nice dealing with a person rather than a Bot.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bitmore.

Thought I would struggle to get a replacement for faulty earbuds as I purchased them on a flight but I was very wrong. Great product and service

My ear buds have been great and so easy to use, but after one would no longer charge up Bitmore sent out a replacement quickly after ascertaining it was faulty.

Received this camera as a present; it initially arrived with minor damage but was swiftly exchanged at no cost. Coming from a rather hefty moto camera, I was initially apprehensive about this one due to its compact size. Setting it up on my mountain bike proved somewhat tricky, and the mount shifted a bit on uneven terrain. However, the video quality is excellent and remains stable, and the menus are straightforward to use.

I had purchased a set of Bitmore multi charging cable in July 2025 on a Tui flight from Bulgaria, the iPhone part broke off in October and I was going to wait and speak to the crew onboard then found out I had to go direct to Bitmore.
I spoke with a guy called Ryan who listened to my problem and said he would pass the details to the correct department, not long after I received a replacement set.

I bought a Bitmore on a flight and it stopped working. I went direct to the company. They sent a new one within days. I really appreciated this great customer service.

The company responded with spead and kindness to my request to replace my device that was problematic and within the warrantee period. I would have liked to have received a tracking link for the replacement parcel as it took 11 days to reach me in which time I had no information. Overall I am happy with the service provided.

I emailed to say how disappointed I was in a charging lead I bought had broken after only being used a few times.
Straight away they stated a replacement procedure. Excellent service thankyou.

Received my bit more earphones and they are great, never experienced noise cancelling or transparency modes.
A great base sound too and easy to use. They look classy and not the usual white that you see everyone else have.
Great customer services should you need them.
