never an issue always arrives when expected and the cards are exactly what you pay for. when a card i ordered wasn't in stock they asked me if i would prefer an alternative which was of higher value than the one i ordered originally free of charge. i will build my whole collection through them eventually.

Sent a card in a different language, which I hadn’t purchased. Said they would send the right card but haven’t received. Rubbish!

Hello, I am very sorry your £1 purchase including shipping arrived but was in the right language. Your replacement card was sent on Monday 2nd Class and Friday was a bank holiday so it has only been 3 buisness days. Please allow time for the replacement to turn up in this current global pandemic (I reccomend watching the news to see why things may take longer than usual).
