Deserves negative stars! Horrible horrible product! The color shampoo deposited ZERO color, and it left me with chemical burns that required medical treatment. 4 hours after washing it out my scalp was still on fire, after a day, the burning sensation is down to my cheeks. Their website is awful and what customer service I could find blamed me, and they only really wanted to know my “hair goals”. My goal was to not be harmed by this product, and I don’t want any of their crap near me again! This product is beyond horrible. Don’t waste your money. Save injury and just don’t use it.

ITS COMPLETELY CHANGED MY HAIR COLOUR. ITS NOT TEMPORARY AT ALL ITS LITERALLY AWFUL - WASHED TWICE A DAY FOR OVER A MONTH AND THE COLOUR DOESNT CHANGE

NOW HAVING TO PAY AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO FIX IT

I've used a lot of Bleach London products and loved all of them! I recently did a test strand of the White Toner which I hadn't used before and didn't get the results I hoped for so I got in touch with their customer support and they were so brilliant!
They offered excellent advice specific to my hair and experience and helped me get the result I was hoping for and even offered a replacement in case I didn't have enough product left.
Thoroughly recommend their products and if you have any issues the customer service team is so friendly and helpful. (Make sure you follow the test strand instructions to make it easier for them to help in case of any issues!)

The white toner product did absolutely nothing for my hair. After bleaching my hair using their kit to a brassy yellow colour, I was relying on the toner kit to deliver some results. After 25 mins nothing happened. I left another 10 minutes and still nothing. Left my hair feeling dry and did nothing to the shade whatsoever. Very disappointing

Absolutely incredible products, the best on the market! But their website is terrible and their customer service will blame you for any defective products.

Every order from their website has either gone wrong from 2016-2022, been defective, damaged or not turned up.

The products are fantastic, but their website and customer service can be very good but when it’s bad, it’s bad, avoid and just buy their amazing products on Superdrug and Boots.

Tried the super cool colour in Rose. My hair is very light blonde with natural white roots. Followed instructions for the colouring process.

The only thing that went pink was my scalp!!

I always use these products I love the tones and how hydrating the colours are. The shampoo and conditioners have never let me down for me and my clients they are a go to ! My favourite product is probably the white toner it’s perfect every time !

Had a wonderful experience with the customer service team, after sending them pictures of my initial results and talking it through with them over email they got one of their stylists to talk me through exactly the steps that were needed to correct the issues I had, and even sent me the extra products that I needed too! Completely overwhelmed with the support and my colour is now exactly as I hoped. A very reassuring experience for what is quite an intimidating thing to attempt on your own for the first time, and I really felt like the team had my back for this. Thankyou Bleach London Team!

Amazing customer service. I recently bought the temporary I saw red and tangerine dream from Bleach london and mixed them together. The colour was so vibrant and pretty, super satisfied. I did however have a little struggle with the removal of the colour because I am usually blonde and my roots were growing out and I needed to bleach them but I was still a faded peachy pink (which was still a really nice colour.). Therefore I emailed bleach london's customer service for some advice. They were so nice and I cannot compliment them enough. They gave me a recommended routine and some much needed advice. I'm now back to blonde and I highly recommend bleach london's products to anyone looking to try something new with their hair.

I thought Bleach London was only very good at their aesthetic and managing their social medias. But to my suprise their products are really and up to the promises ! I've been doing my hair platinum blonde for 15 years and the combo Plex bleach+White toner+White heat hair colour is perfect. It's the third time I order, not only this is the best colour result I've had but that's the first time in 15 years I've been complimented on the texture/feel of my hair. The products are easy to use, they give simple advice and steps to follow on their website and IG.

I brought the live forever shampoo because i colour my hair this product was so nice my hair felt so good. I then brought
reincarnation mask for coloured hair or damaged hair after using it once my hair looked and felt in such good condition. My niece has used the colour products she loves them she is a student and said they are such good price for amazing products i will defiantly recommend bleach london.

I have been a fan of bleach since they opened. I’ve bleached my hair, dyed my friends’ hair and made my way through almost every color available.

The other day I had a small toner blunder and needed some advice on how to color correct my hair before an event. Through insta I was not only helped with clear and easy-to-follow advice but also had a simply gorgeous chat w Asta. I always knew I loved the products but it’s so great to find out the team are also friendly and helpful.

It brightened up my day and, hopefully, if all goes well, my hair too.

Have been waiting for a refund for a booking cancellation for over a month now with no help from the staff.

This brand is AMAZING. I used the plex bleach to lighten my hair from dark brown, it lifted to platinum blonde in one sitting and my hair feels healthier than before the treatment. My hair went a beautiful shade of ash white, this is the first time i’ve ever bleached my own hair where I haven’t had to run to the shops after to re-bleach or tone, i’m astonished! I have since used the hair elixir and semi-perm colours and can confirm that they too produce unbeatable results. Overall great brand!

This bleach will make your hair exactly the same as the woman’s on the box which means you will have no hair left on your head as I only used this once and damaged my hair really bad my hair snapped off only had it on for 15 minutes and my hair fell out I literally have no hair left don’t be stupid and buy this product as you will get what you see on the box and that’s a woman with no hair you will pay 11 pound to have no hair left they should compensate people for there bleach making peoples hair fall out thank you very much

I used Proper Copper on my highlighted hair to disguise my roots a bit until I could get to the hairdresser and wasn’t disappointed. Colour has been in a couple of weeks now and is fading lovely into a sort of pinky ginger, it’s beautiful. Well worth the money.

I bought their semi permanent tangerine dream colour and I love it. It’s a very vibrant colour and my hair feels it’s in good condition.

I have placed several orders after deciding to bleach my hair during lockdown. I was pleased with the results but the customer service sucks! I booked a 15 min hair consult twice only to find noone appeared at the alloted time. One order was about 3 weeks late and my last order was incorrect. I have contacted them to provide feedback but am most displeased

I had placed an order for the silver shampoo set however I had realised once this order was placed, that it included sulphate and I am allergic to this. I immediately emailed bleach London to resolve this and within minutes a staff member names Eloise resolved my issue and also emailed me a list of their sulphate free products, as well as their products containing sulphate. I am extremely impressed with this service.
