I used bleach London Plex for the first time and was highly impressed withy results, especially being ethnic with black locd hair and have previously bleached my hair and had colour on the ends too!! I used three boxes of Plex just to ensure I got enough coverage at first I thought not but the mixture began to grow into a mousse texture then after about 30min it went back to a liquidy consistency. I used foil as normal and it started to change colour I was very impressed

i had a slight problem with the bleach london total bleach, where it’s made a huge chunk of my hair fall out. after discussing this with the bleach london team, no one is quite sure how it’s happened as i followed the instructions to a T. but as a ‘sorry’ bleach london are sending me the protein booster pack for free. the customer service advisor i spoke to was so patient and apologetic for what had happened. they truly went above and beyond to try and understand and help the situation. although they can’t quickly fix my now extremely damaged hair, they are helping me try to get it back to some sort of health. really impressed with how they’ve handled the situation. not sure id risk using the total bleach again, but Asta gave me more options for next time my roots need doing so i’ll be able to stay blonde for the foreseeable future. really can’t fault their customer service.

I have warm blonde - lightened - hair and have been using Shrine drops in the shade 'Peach', but I thought I'd try something different so bought 'Awkward Peach' by Bleach, my hair is now coral pink. I mean I'm not mad at it but it's not the colour I was expecting. It says if you have ashy white hair that it will turn pink...my hair is not that colour but still went a shade of pink.
If you don't have level 10 white hair then this colour will not end up peach.
Just something to bear in mind when buying this particular shade.

One box of plex bleach took me from natural black hair to pale yellow, that’s never happened in my life! Amazing! I also had a video consultation with Erich & he was lovely, and informative

I really, really, really wanted to like Bleach London dyes and I am absolutely gutted that they are cr*p... I spent a good long time processing my hair to the palest blond/white I could get so i could apply their 'Cloudbusting' dye, I did a strand test prior and, to be honest, this should have told me to be wary, it deposited NO colour whatsoever, no staining of my fingers, of my very, very light very, very porus hair. it was about as effective as putting some conditioner mixed with a touch of food colouring mixed in onto your hair.
In fact, when I was 13 I hat BETTER results with this (obviously 13yr old me didn;t know this was an awful things to do, dont do this).
I did, at the same time, purchased a bottle of 'Tangerine Dream' but I am really doubting how much pigment these dyes actually contain, it seems very, very little, ESPECIALLY compared to brands such as Lunar Tides who have so, so much pigment in their colours.
Secondly, apart from their tinted conditioner (as it seems to be) the bottles are awful, how you are supposed to get all the dye out I dont know, they arent very user friendly and there is very little info on the bottle, the hair swatch provided is about 1cm square so the before and after is almost impossible to make out aand you cannot really tell anything from the packaging.
Really, so disappointed as i love the idea, the titles are fantastic (Washed Up Mermaid, who doesn't want their dye to be called something like that), but the reality is an overpriced dye with little to no after results.

I've been using Bleach London products on my hair since when the hairdressers first closed and a friend recommended them My hair was bleached (9). I used their bleach kits and over the months and nearly all their colours. All results are beautiful, wash out easily and haven't damaged my hair. The pastel blue took longer to come out but it was a lovely ice blue so wasn't an issue. Quick and well packaged deliveries. I will continue to use and have recommended.

Terrible products. The ones I bought from other places were 100% better. Honestly don’t try them. I’m gutted as I thought they would be the best for colour. They ruined my hair and didn’t make any colour difference. Please don’t try it!!!!!

What a wonderful Team at Bleach I didn’t expect a personal and response with a detailed plan but I did and almost instantly

I recently purchased the violet skies hair dye, but I didn’t see results so I contacted Bleach’s customer service and the service I received was top quality. The responses were quick, they detailed why the colour did not come as desired and pointers on how to better achieve the colour in the future. In addition they refunded me the cost of the dye, as a gesture of good will. The other products I used beforehand were the no bleach bleach and the champagne toner which worked perfectly. :)

What can I say? I never expected that when I placed my order that I could actually have a Zoom consultation with someone that knows what they are talking about! Kira helped me on the video call and her suggestions were very welcome and helped me immensely.
As someone that ALWAYS goes to my hairdresser, the reassurance and advice was just what I needed to ensure that I made a good job of lockdown colouring!
Eloise also helped on email as well.
Thank you very much for the positive experience. Whilst I will probably go to my hairdresser in the future... I will still buy the funky colours and hair mask from bleach!

Bleach London products are truly some of the best hair products available in the world! there white toner has saved my hair 3 times now, not only the colour but not damaging my hair whatsoever and even making my hair feel softer which never happens. Also, there reincarnation mask has returned the condition of my hair to how it was before I bleached it twice (different brand bleach). I have also used their total bleach and it is so good, they say its salon quality and its exactly that my hair didn't even look damaged, the condition of my hair looked the same as it did when my hair was uncoloured and natural. The hair elixir leaved my hair shiny, soft, and untangled after washing, I also apply on dry hair to add some shine. The silver shampoo and conditioner keep my hair colour looking fresh and their white heat super cool colour has the most gorgeous cool, pearl tone to it. Honestly if you have ever considered trying any of their products i would 100% recommend it, you won't be disappointed!!

I used their plex bleach kit, did a patch test, didn't keep it longer than i should have and i got a chemical cut. Up until that point i had been using their products for months. Cannot recommend.

Bleach London Silver shampoo and conditioner... WOW.. my natural hair is dark brown with salon blond highlights and thanks to lock down and months of cancelled appointments, hints of grey and dark roots more noticable along with my blonde becoming very brassy was ready to buy a box dye! I'm so glad I bought these instead, after only one use my hair is lifted and feels salon fresh, my once bright salon blondes are more vibrant than ever, I've tried lots of purple shampoo and conditioner to lift the blonde with minimal results, this does what the others said they could but didn't ... STEP ASIDE PURPLE.. SILVER ALL THE WAY!

A friend let me use a bit of the hair elixir, absolutely brilliant! i adore it and its something i now buy frequently, I then applied the orange dye to a friends hair, fabulous colour! easy to apply and loved the vibrance of it. I tried the iridescent shampoo and conditioner on my blonde, i used to do a variety of colours but wanted something more subtle as a professional. THIS IS MY FAVOURITE PRODUCT EVER! I cannot wait to try some of the other shampoos and conditioners. I will definitely buy again, and again and AGAIN.
I dont gush about any products however all of the Bleach London products i have had the pleasur eto use have given fabulous results

The actual bleach works very well, but the rosé colour toner was awful. Didn't even say on the website that it would wash out in 1-3 washes and when I applied it and waited 30 mins like it says to do, it all washed out when I rinsed it.

Amazing!! So I really did my research before deciding to bleach my hair as it’s quite scary, but Bleach London have a fantastic website and YouTube channel with tutorials. I took the plunge and bought the bleach and toners, and although it’s not perfect as I did it myself, it looks awesome! I’m definitely going to be a return customer and hopefully I’ve found a much cheaper alternative to the hairdresser. Plus I shared my results with the customer service team who got back to me quickly :) would recommend this brand!

I purchased Fade to Grey toner to put over balayage highlights in dark hair. It gave the highlights a very mushroom like tone and the rest of my dark brown hair a dark smokey tone. I’m delighted with the product, it does come out quite dark on blonde highlights but I’m delighted with the results and interested to see how it fades. Would definitely buy again highly recommended

Firstly I would like to say how awesome is customer service they truly care about you and your experience and go extra mile to make it happen I want to thanks Bleach London for being so kind and attentive. Product itself is just awesome and even more than awesome I had yellow hair due to not having a chance to go and see my hairdressers after researching a found bleach London and from now on it is my absolute favorite product to use, I got white toner which worked fantastically on my hair and I have no yellow tone any longer, silver shampoo and conditioner are outstanding and reincarnation mask is unreal. From now on this would be the only brand I will use it is affordable it is fantastic I strongly recommend this products. Girls and boys you ll not regret.

Always good service, stuff arrives quickly and my partner is happy with the results. (I steal her Beer Shampoo tbh and it smells really good!)
