I think it’s a good product- I have dark hair and it still created a nice pink colour.....I think people expect too much sometimes, yes it only lasts about 7 or 8 washes (for me) but it fades out nicely and compared to committing to a full on permanent and expensive bleach and colour it fulfils it’s purpose. Plus it’s vegan, environmentally friendly blah blah :)

I actually had a good experience with the awkward peach bleach company semi permanent dye. I have bleached blonde hair and used to be a darker golden blonde. Most blonde dyes are full of blue tones and there seems to be a phobia of ‘yellow tones’ but I actually want warmer tones, not something that looks like grey (“cool” but not on me!). I add this after bleaching and rinsing, can go bright or subtle as I choose. Love it.

I purchased two of their hair colours separately from Superdrug. The first colour didn’t really turn out very well at all, in fact my hair didn’t change colour one iota . My next mistake was to try a different colour a couple of weeks later ,this time I kept hold of my receipt. Superdrug would not refund me for the second colour that didn’t take ,as it was not one of their own brand products and told me to contact London bleach. I was told via email that they would not be able to help me either because I didn’t directly buy this product from them and they had no record of the purchase even though I told them on many occasions I had a receipt from Superdrug. They suggested different ways of applying the colour and leaving it on for double the time it instructs on the bottle (which I had used fully ,and there was none left!) . I have curly hair and cannot administer the colour by dragging it through dry course hair . I was left with the empty bottle, a receipt -proof of purchase and no change or difference in the colour of my hair The company CS are no help whatsoever, they have had my money twice and not delivered the promise that their product will change my hair colour . They even had the cheek to offer me 20% off the next item I buy from them which I told them to stick up their ****. If Londonbleach read this don’t bother asking me to privately inbox you to get the problem sorted or to look into things ,Ive tried every avenue already, many apologetic emails from yourselves literally saying “go away” and hit a very heavy BRICK WALL. You’ve got my money now and you’re not interested.

I really wish that I had checked and read these reviews.... the semi permanent blulini is the worst I’ve ever used.... it only stuck to some of my very pale perfectly bleached hair.... this had ruined it, my hair was in good condition even being bleached.... I regret buying this... I’d usually use colour freedom or crazy colour and have never had this issue before... awful product.... do not buy..

I ordered the Plex Bleach bundle including a mask, developing toner, normal toner and shampoo/conditioner and it was amazing. Fantastic results, so gentle on your hair and scalp. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair, I wouldn’t use any other brand ❤️

Most of my friends from London have had bad experiences with this company. The Soho salon employees are mostly rude and talk about completely inappropriate things while clients are present. They don’t even use their own brand products in the salon, they use wella and crazy colours - no surprise since their products are terrible and cheaply made. Completely lying about their “vegan/eco friendly” ethos, doing it all for the image - they removed plastic bowls and brushes from their box colours but charge the same price (£8 for a box dye??), also requiring you to buy their brush and bowl set for £5 extra. Complete rip off of a company, stylists here might be good at colour but terrible value for money.

I recently purchased the bleach London plex clean package that comes with the Bleach, toner and semi-permanent colour. I want to say its the best thing I’ve used for my hair, money saver and time rather than spending a fortune and sitting in a hair salon. Highly recommended! Excellent, I will buy again.

I have blonde ombré which in places is extremely blonde/white. I tried Bleach London before but on dark hair, and of course it didnt work so thought as I have bleached hair it would second time around. I missed having purple ombré as I usually use Schwarzkopf‘s Live range but wanted to try a non permenant dye that would wash out. I saw reviews that said to leave Bleach London in for longer than half an hour to get results, so I left it in for over an hour hoping to get the colour the Violet Skies bottle shows, yet was met with exactly the same colour before I applied it, not even a tint of the pastel purple.

Will definitely not be bothering again, second time ive wasted money on the product.

I order from this company all the time, a lot of communication, amazing products, fast shipping + arrival. Only time there was a problem was when I didn’t realise one of the items I ordered was a preorder so emailed. had a response next day and they were very informative. Would 10/10 recommend

I haven’t had experience with customer service, but I’ve bought their semi-permanent hair colour from boots and from the website itself and I absolutely love them! Had no damage whatsoever after using the fuchsia and bright red dyes separately, the red dye in particular has been through at least 25 washes and is still a lovely pinky/red colour!

Product did not work whatsoever, should have read all the negative reviews first! Contacted them to complain and shocking response! DO NOT USE

Horrible product, even worse customer service. They don't bother replying, my order wasn't even dispatched for 2 weeks, can't get a refund.

Have purchased their products from Boots before and besides their awful packaging have enjoyed using them, but DO NOT order from their site!

They cannot keep up with demand and are lying left and right to customers, sending wrong products and then making up excuses via email when they don’t have the correct products to send you. Have been dealing with them for 3 weeks and have contacted them numerous ways - I just want a refund by now but it’s almost impossible to get in contact with them. They keep saying they have a ‘backlog’ when really they just don’t have stock and think they can keep customers in limbo by lying to them and keeping their money.

Shady, shady company. Will never buy their products again and will let everyone I know how awful their customer service is. Shame on you, Bleach London.

I used the temporary rose toner along with the temporary rose cream colour dye and it snapped my hair, I have little spikes that stick up when I’m straight out of the shower.. absolutely devastated as my hair was in perfect condition before!
Also only lasted one wash so wasn’t worth it in the slightest.

I have no issue with their products as I have bought these from Boots in the past. However, I stupidly made an order with them without looking on here first and after nearly two weeks I have not received it despite shipping being "up to 7 days". I have sent several emails to them about the whereabouts of my delivery and potential refund and have not received a response. It says on the website that they will send you shipping updates, but I have not received any. So, I can only assume that they have no intention of sending me what I have paid nearly £40 for!

The first order I made in March I never received and got and email the next month to say it had been inadvertently cancelled. I made another order which I was told was shipped on 11 May which I still have not received and they will not reply to my emails enquiring as to its whereabouts. They take your money very quickly and you never get your product or even a reply to your emails. Its hard to believe a company like this can get away with such poor standards. I am going to report them as it is a disgrace. Why are they taking the orders and peoples money in the first place as this is obviously happening to many customers.

LITERALLY the WORST customer service team I have ever come into contact with. Put through an order on 1 May and never received it and have contacted via email, via chat, Twitter, Instagram to get a refund and find out where my order is and not one response did I get about my order only an automated response and then a response to confirm my address on 20 May!? Absolutely RIDICULOUS. It says on the automatic email to allow 7 working days for delivery. Scam! Would not recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service. My address was put in wrong so I instantly contacted them on email and Twitter to change and they were very slow and lazy and said they couldnt change it. After various emails to the courier and the person it was accidentally going to we worked out th parcel was still with Bleach London, they said they would check but 24hrs later no response. I then had an email from Yodel to say it had been picked up (so the address could have been changed) and within an hour delivered to the wrong address so there was no way I had time to change it. They wont give me my £70 back until they receive it back but they wont help me in sending it back, wont give me an address to send it back to etc. Or any details. Ive been forgotten about and have lost £70. Ive never ever dealt with a company like this before

I purchased the Rose semi-permanent hair colour cream with the expectation that it would at least last 1-3 washes as stated on the bottle. After applying the dye, I was extremely happy with the initial colour! However, in less than 24 hours after applying the dye, the colour completely faded out of my hair. In this time, I hadn’t washed my hair once. I emailed Bleach London to express my obvious disappointment with the dye not even lasting 1 single wash, but they didn’t bother to reply. I won’t be purchasing again.
