Omg what can I say?! I have medium length hair, thick, prone to frizz hair and after using different products and wasted loads of money over the years I bought he bleach London silver shampoo and conditioner. Wow! Not only did it bring my highlights back to life after 10 weeks in lockdown here in Wales it made my hair super soft. Dried with a dryer as usual and hardly touched it with my cloud 9 straighteners. It’s so good....I even spent a bomb on keratin treatment a couple years ago which didn’t have this outcome... bleach London products are THE BEST....the colour is so much more brighter and after only one time using it...off to shop online at Superdrug and stock up...my new life saver👌

Really upset to have to write such a bad review but i ordered two of the colour kits (rosé & smokey rosé), of which none of them made any difference to my hair colour. I have bleach blonde highlights anyway so the colour should have taken to my hair. For the rosé colour which I tried first I strictly followed the tutorial on Bleach London’s website. When that came out with no colour change I tried the smokey rosé a few weeks later, this time leaving the colour on for 3 hours(!?) and it still did absolutely nothing.
Really disappointed and definitely won’t be purchasing anymore.

I had bought the product on the 6th at 4pm and not 3 hours later I emailed asking to cancel the order as my friend told me a much cheaper bleach I was used to was vegan and cf I still haven't received a reply to this and after 3 days my package arrived, so I bleached it that night. I bought the no bleach bleach to lighten up the top half of my hair where my roots have grown out fir nearly a year which was a medium brown color it barely lightened it... I bought another bleach from another compony and bleached it a couple days later but accidentally bought the wrong one I waited a few days before trying the blue dye in it and now the brown is a dark green and the bootom half which I had bleached a while ago is now a weird grey colour. I am very upset because my hair looks so ugly

I like the products but not enough to justify the mess that is the people who run it. I've been waiting over a month for my order and have emailed numerous times (weeks ago) and no one has responded. This is the second time it has happened and it's the worst service I'd ever seen.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I did EXACTLY as the bottle states, apply on shampooed/ towel dried hair and leave for 39 minutes. I ever spent extra and purchased the matchinG conditioner. The colour lasted about 3 hours before completely disappearing and leaving my hair a weird orange tint. Shocking and a complete waste of money.

Ordered multiple bottles...Bottles arrived with broken seals and leaked into postal box. Emailed Customer Services but no response so have bottles that technically do not pass health and safety standards and overpaid as much of the lotion lost.

Doesn't really work at all. Would give no stars if it were possible

Great company and great products. Talked me through an entire bleaching and dye and couldn't have done it without Alfie over chat. Especially because there was so much to do. Took hours but he waited the entire time. Credit to the company and what a company it is.

Love Bleach London’s range of hair products, from the hair dye, reincarnation mask, washing out liquid and bleach kits. Added bonus that their products are vegan friendly, use recycled packaging and have removed exceeds plastic from their products!

Not a single fault with my order and fast delivery considering the current situation.

Ordered some hair dye from bleach London and it arrived within two days which I thought was excellent! The only fault is that the hair dye wasn’t the same colour as the model who was styling this product and colour. The colour was meant to be washed up mermaid blue but it turned out green on my hair. I also bought The white toner kit which is meant to make yellow and brassy blonde into a bright blonde and it didn’t take on my hair at all which I was quite disappointed at

Very disappointed to see a lack of products catering for afro carribean hair. This is especially shocking as your salons and those working at them handle my hair just fine and use great products in store. However when I am looking to source things to keep the quality at home there is nothing but westernised solutions.

Please consider making the products in store available from shops. I have applied three stars as I believe when I am in the salon, I get a good, clean cut for my hair type. I am just frustrated that the products are only seemingly available there. I don't much fancy paying 80 or 90 pounds per cut every fortnight or what have you.

I called to book an appointment for a haircut, and was told I needed to pay a £40 deposit to secure the appointment, which I happily did. When I arrived at my appointment, my name was not in the booking system and I was asked who I had spoken with. I showed them the deposit that had been paid and I was told I would have to come back another day. I said I live far away and I was not happy about this, and the hairstylist said she would see IF she could fit me in later, and if I could come back later. I wasn’t very happy about this and reminded them that someone took my money for deposit but failed to book my name in the system. She seemed annoyed with me and finally said she would fit me in. She was a senior stylist and spent the shortest amount of time cutting my hair, when it was time for blow dry, another girl was asked to do it and it was like she had never blow dried anyone’s hair before. Very awkward handling of the dryer and round brush, pulling my hair and tangling it. When all finished, I was charged the remaining £25 after the deposit and I was very shocked by the fact that they messed up, barely fit me in, had me pay for such lack of service and the fact I was supposed to have a senior stylist do my hair- not a 10 min cut and an intern blow dry my hair. Will not be back.

Happy to give the first review of this excellent company :) The six bottles of colour I ordered arrived very quickly and are all fab! Looking forward to my new rainbow hair! :)
