Worst website and it’s a fraud website please don’t buy anything from this website

I still remember the day i encountered this website. This website is a disaster and stay away from it as far as possible. I ordered one item 1 month passes no information about order whereabouts. Invalid phone number mentioned in their website. No customer support. Your only option is email. I gave them 800₹ order and was worried sick about my money. First they told it will reach me in 20 days as it is coming from OVERSEAS. Then they told me it would take another 25 days to reach me . And when i say they told me the reality is i emailed them 5-10 mails daily spamming them and also on their website. Only then they would reply to me . It took me 2 months to take my money back from them . Everyday i used to mail them sometimes i got a reply sometimes i didn't. Truth be told don't buy anything form them trust me . You will regret it. Only i know the condition of my mental health chasing these money MONGERS. If you need any information regarding this issue

I ordered a necklace two months back on blink queen and never received it. They keep saying its stuck in customs. How come such a fraudulent company is allowed to sell products online they are fooling customers

It's a total fraud website, Government of India please take strict action against them, I don't know how many people they must have scammed.

Fraud website.Their phone number ,email nothing works.After taking payment they dont reply,no shipping details,no tracking id.I already complain to cybercrime.gov.in
This website is still active and robbing people.Every body should complain to crime branch and lodge fir to nearest police station.

Placed an order long time back. No update by the business on shipping. Emails and messages on social media go completely unanswered. The phone number provided on the website does not exist. Please do not purchase from this website.

They promise delivery in 5-7 days and yet here i am still waiting ! Its been a month!
I would suggest everyone not to order anything from bling queen as it is clearly a fraudulent company and i ve prepaud my order and now i am regretting !

To continue with my complaint about Bling Queen and its sister concern Craze .in both are under Glocom Tech and Glocom Imports based in Perumbakkam,Chennai.
Calls are not answered. And after repeated reminders, false reassurance about customs delay..
They then assert that it is in transit but total silence about a Tracking No.
I sent 2 reminders about a refund but reply was they are unable to intercept a parcel in transit. What has that got to do with refund?.
So now I suggest we all do the following.
Register our grievance on the
National consumer helpline or call 1915
And on cybercrime website..and
edaakhil website..the district consumer forum.With proof and screenshot of payments.
And apply to your bank or UPI via complaints forum for reversal of payments under new RBI rules for non delivery and unfair trade practices.

BlingQueen is a fraudulent company. They take payment but never deliver the products.

My order was placed 3 months ago. I still haven't received. No reply from their side. Can't even contact them for refund. Worst company ever. It's a fraud.

Part of my order was delivered. The bracelet was missing despite it being part of the image and description. The pendant chain came broken and repeated mails have no response from seller. Still waiting for the rest of my order

I have not received something that I purchased for my wife's birthday for 2 months ago. They don't even reply to my emails. I have spent over Rs. 2k with them, with no response from them.

BlingQueen is a fraudulent company. They take payment but never deliver the products. Their Instagram is set up to look genuine, but customers cannot leave comments, and they are already banned from Twitter, which speaks volumes about their credibility. Everything is designed to mislead buyers into thinking they are legitimate, but in reality, they are a complete scam.

Whenever you try to buy from a startup company that is not well known or reputed, always opt for Cash on Delivery (COD). Never make advance payments to such companies, otherwise you risk losing your money like many others have with BlingQueen.

Bling Queen is fraud. Please do not purchase anything from that website. I ordered a leather belt from Bling Queen and paid 1800 INR for it. It's been a month and I have not received anything. Nor do they respond you back on your emails. The number that they have mentioned on their website is also invalid. They are fraud.

Previously I had rated them as 1 star as I was waiting for more than 2 months for an order to be delivered and not receiving any satisfactory response from their end, although they had mailed me that since they are coming from abroad, the warehouse sometimes take extra longer time. But fortunately I received my parcel yesterday. But this is true that they are not honest. They had added a gift on my purchase, but in the invoice it is charged as a different ordered item. So they are not maintaining transparency. So I won't recommend them.
