Less than 2 years old. Blomberg stackable washer and dryer. Dryer barely used. Main control quits. 400 dollar part. No parts available for months. Hard pressed to even find anyone to service because the parts are on long back orders. Still selling same models in store. Yet no customer service. No parts. No service. Save your money. Disgusted with this product. None of you with good reviews will be happy when you need parts.

Had a fridge freezer from them in 2021 and within 1 year it needed a new part and now it’s given up the ghost and it’s only 4 years old - absolute rubbish product !!!

Recently purchased a Blomberg dryer which completed all kitchen white goods and oven now Blomberg. Delighted with all appliances.

Recently purchased a Blomberg washing machine. Works fine but the final spin on the programme I use is very very noisy. It's an integrated machine and has (by choice) a cupboard door attached to it but the door rattles and shakes like mad when the machine is spinning at 1400 rpm, which is pretty annoying. Otherwise it does the job well enough, cleans clothes ok etc so fairly satisfied overall.

I have recently purchased two Blomberg white goods. A tumble dryer with a 3 year guarantee and a washing machine with a 5 year guarantee. Registering the 3 year guarantee was relatively easy and done by phone. When I tried to do the same with the 5 year guarantee I went through the same process only to be told at the end that I had to do this online. This was frustrating as it was clear from the beginning of the conversation that I was registering for 5 years. Still, I went to the website and endeavoured for over 30 minutes to register. The site would not accept the serial number I had entered. So I went to the shop that I purchased the items from and and the assistant tried, also unsuccessfully. I left the matter with the assistant and she had to phone, as a trader and only then was it registered. There is an issue with the website and unfortunatley the employee at Blomberg seemed to find this amusing, much to the irritation of the lady that was assisting me. So a 3 star for a poor website and interaction with Blomberg. I cannnot comment on the products, other than to say that they seem to have a good reputation. Time will tell.

First washing machine had to be replaced after 4 washes. Drum wouldn't turn. Also dryer i bought at the same time seems to leave washing very damp.

Too early to say too much but have had to turn freezer up higher than expected to get correct temperature. Will monitor it and see what happens.

Very happy with my new freezer. Not had a Blomberg product before but it is certainly very quiet! All working well so far! Also very pleased with the little tray inside for freezing small fruit, etc.. I feel that the drawers seem less sturdy (not strength wise) than my previous freezer but that may be because they’re not so deep (going back rather than height wise) and I worry that the drawer will tip out. I expect I just need to get used to my new freezer after having my previous one for 27 years!

I bought a Blomberg dryer, and at first, everything seemed great. When I purchased it, I was told that I had the right to a free service inspection whenever I wanted.

However, when I called to request that inspection, I was told that there is no free service and that I would have to pay for it. In other words, I was sold something that wasn’t true. That’s where the problems began.

This makes me seriously doubt the after-sales service and reliability of the brand. If they lie about something as simple as a free inspection, I can only imagine what might happen if the appliance breaks down while still under warranty. I wouldn’t be surprised if they said it’s “not covered” or tried to charge for something that should be included.

Brands like Blomberg should be much more transparent and respectful toward their customers. My experience shows that they don’t deliver what they promise, and once they make the sale, the customer is left on their own.

I’m sharing this so that others can be aware and avoid going through the same situation.

Good product design and clear description

New integrated fridge/freezer 24 June.Fridge been fine, freezer fine for 2+ months - set at -20 and temp -18 to -21. Became erratic and generally at -15 to -17 since. Blomberg sent agent to repair. He said no fault and -15 to -17 was ok indeed anything less than -14 was fine. He couldn’t say why freezer had worked perfectly for 2+ months. There is obviously a fault which needs sorting.

I find it shallow, you can't get much food in it. So we have to have a second freezer

Wanted a simple electric hob with simple controls and this unit fitted the bill.
No issues with fitting and the unit warms up quickly with very good control.
For someone requiring a simple unit this is a very good buy at a very good price

The fitters were really good

Donaghy Bros Limavady (Keith) did a first class job on installation took time to explain about the fridge and Freezer what to do and not to do, first class job and it's first class piece of equipment.

Jeg har en opvaskemaskine som som egentligt fungerer udmærket, men desværre er kvalitet så dårlig at tallerkenholderen er begyndt at sætte rustmærker på vores service. Så advarsel herfra er hold jer langt væk fra Blomberg.

New machine we got would not spin on any program, clothes came out soaked hence the 4 stars, replacement has been working fine, nice and quiet, happy with it.

Good dryer. Drys quickly. But loud vibrations.
