I have just booked a trip to South Africa with Hannah for June 2027 for 8 people. She has been amazing from start to finish with nothing that I asked for posing a problem. She helped me choose a tailored package to suit all 8 people travelling. All is left now is to go and experience what is booked.

Can only say nothing but good things about booking with Blue lotus vacations everything was made very easy. I had a lovely agent Oneli who was really helpful and patient with me putting me at ease when booking. They answered any queries I had and even helped me add transport to my original booking.

In a word, Paul. He was warm, friendly, honest, helpful, obliging, knowledgeable, efficient and he could probably sell sand to the Arabs-with a smile. I actually get very stressed out doing this kind holiday booking process but this experience was a breeze with Paul at the helm. Alex was very very helpful for us to book our last minute holiday to Disneyland paris 8 days in advance!!! I had so many requests and needs which he totally understood. Being on whats app made my life so much easier and got it done whilst being with my two young kids! Highly recommend him and I would like to add this is the first time I have used a travel agent.
