I elected to purchase Blue Notary's Master mind class for $297.00 tha was on sale. It cover's loan signing which was the attraction for me. They offered memberships at a monthly, yearly, and 3 yearly option for Pro Notary services. There are other smaller courses that you can pick up if you needed them. They are for becoming a notary and the Remote Online Notary services. I didn't need any of that because I already have my standard notary and my Remote Online Notary documents already. I clearly clicked on the monthly pro for 20 dollars, and elected the Mastermind class. I paid for what was I ordered but what their shady website does is pay for their member ship that is about 300 dollars and enroll you in alot of things you don't need. A few hours later I noticed I didn't have access to the class and reached out through their chat. They immediately asked for a receipt they have doctored to appear as if you soley singned up for their membership. When I made them aware that this was wrong and I didn't need all of those things they pushed on the recipt, because I already have them. They stated a no refund policy for their membership. The fact of the speed they came back at me with no refunds and not the want to help me get the other 300 dollar course I actually wanted and needed was telling. They had someone call me just to tell me that the membership was non refundable because I can see through the scam. I wanted to cancel immediately and dont do business with them. They won't refund my money pushing that there is non exsistent value in their empty products and promises of employment that from the complaints on this website are shotty at best. The lack of giving me the product that I signed up for signals the scam. I've requested to withdraw my business from them within hours I haven't touched their courses even thought they state they are active. I don't need them I'm already certified by the state. Refund.
