Platform or connection the notary had was unstable and often cut in and out making him have to repeat himself multiple times causing the session to take longer and was quite annoying as the signer(s).

The greatest part my experience is that I was able to reschedule my appointment three times! I have to be honest and say that it was my fault because I set the appointment to cater to my schedule and totally forgot that I had made the appointment each time. Nonetheless, my assigned Notary was Jose A., and he was very patient while I was going through the verification process; he asked if I had questions, and even if he could assist me with any further. Very professional, and I will be using this service moving forward for notary services.

Ebere was very helpful towards me and made sure all my needs and questions were meant. she was efficient, professional and kind. I was able to get my work done and satisfy my client with the fixed issues. Also big thank you to the tech team for help fixing my document and was also able to get my work done as well. Before I allowed myself to become frustrated with the process, I took a screenshot of the error report and was able to send it to her. Within a matter of seconds, Abigail defined my issue and instructed me to try again. I followed her instructions and the update worked perfectly.
