Marj stood by us through a whole signing replete with challenges where two signers were sharing a computer. Frustrating software sometimes, but glad tech support was there to adapt.

This is my 1st experience with doing an online settlement via a video link. Mr. Clarence Reynolds was absolutely "spot on" with his knowledge. The whole process took approximately 10 minutes.
