As a company director at the time I helped to change from the management company that we had been forced to stay with for 10 years (countrywide) and Block are so much better helping to manage a complex 3 block development. Where they have particularly excelled is with managing the extremely complex issue of dealing with unsafe cladding on all 3 of our buildings. They quickly arranged for the best companies in the U.K. to quickly work through the process and now the development has been approved BSF funding. I would highly recommend Block Management

As a company whom carry out Maintainance on blocks they manage can safely say they are always contactable, responsive and get works needed done fast. All employees are helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

We have carried out Grounds maintenance to Block Management estates for a number of years, we have always found them to be professional, responsive and on the ball with regards to offering value for money for the residents.
