I have the pleasure of being a contractor for Block Management and I must say that they are one of the most responsive and effective property management organisations that I have worked for.

After recently becoming a director on a resident association for a block of flats, I became more involved in dealing with Block Management who were the management company.
I dealt a lot with Troy Richards who I found very efficient, approachable and reliable. Anything I asked BM to do, they did and found them easy to deal with. I can only speak from personal experience and at this time would highly recommend them.

Block Management are a pleasure to deal with and work alongside. The communication regarding both quoted works and fault calls is clear and effective, with reolsutions being met when problems arise. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience working with Block Management.

The poor reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt, people find it very easy to blame management companies for things they are unhappy with but these are often issues with third party companies and out of their control. Dealing with BMUK has always been a pleasure, they are transparent with fees (most are not) and keep on top of all the maintenance issues in their blocks. The staff are always polite and efficient.

Block Management are always responsive and helpful when dealing with them. They are easily reachable and respond in a timely fashion to any queries.

We have been working with Block Management UK for some time, they are a great team with a can do attitude. We always feel we can assist with technical support as required and know this will be taken on board and dealt with efficiently. The team are helpful, friendly and approachable at all times.

We’ve worked with a lot of block management companies and can definitely say that BMUK are one of the best. They are very efficient on the day to day running of their sites and it is clear that they genuinely care for their clients and do the best for them. All their staff that we deal with on a regular basis are friendly and helpful and it’s always a pleasure working with them.

This company could not organise a p*** up in a brewery!! Finally got a window cleaner (2nd in 2.5 years). They came all the way from Leeds, 70.3 miles away, 1hr 36min drive, expeccting to come to an office block. We are a block of 4 small converted flats and we have to pay £4000 between us for no service at all!!!

As a tenant in a building managed by block management UK, I can assure you they will do everything in their power to save a penny even if that is at the cost of the building owner or tenants of the building. They charge an extrordinary amount per month for what amounts to absolutely nothhing. They don't maintain items and certainly don't care about people. I would stay away from this company at all costs, they must be ran by cowboys and any new building owner should realise that in the event they choose block, they will probably get scammed.

Yesterday I went for a viewing of a 1-bed flat in a block managed by Block Management UK. The flat itself was decent and only required a little freshening up, but the stairwells, hallways, interior and exterior were all in dreadful condition, clearly suffering years of neglect. Despite that, the service charge was £1,400 pa. I would never buy a flat managed by Block Management UK, and I feel sorry for those that already own one. They need to form a vigorous user group to shame Block Management UK into action, or take them to court.

Moved into our new property and the surrounding grounds are shocking, things over grown, weeds and stinging nettles that are the same height as myself, drainage covers in our parking area are sticking out so we have to be careful how we park otherwise there is a risk of puncturing our tires.
contact the management company numerous of times over the last 4 weeks and they're phone lines are always 'busy' and all I hear on the phone is 'your call is in a que' but the call never gets answered.
Our vendors told us that they haven't seen any maintenance being completed since the first lockdown of March 2020, were now the end of June 2021 and nothing hasn't been completed.
Shocking services, wouldnt recommend this as a company and the amount of money they are expecting us to pay them is ridiculous when no work has been completed for over 18 months!!!

My Mum is in the last stages of her life with MS. My Mum owns her property and pays service charge to this company and the dirty bath water is running into her property for the past 3/5years.

My Brother and I have taking power of attorney and the damage is horrendous. The stench is unbearable. Carers are now refusing to go in and tend to my Mum.

Blockmangement called me via phone to be at the property for the maintenance team to turn up. I travelled over 200 miles and took time off work, for the maintenance team not to attend. Not happy at all. Now taking legal action. QUITE HAPPY TO TAKE MY MUMS MONEY EVERY YEAR FOR SERVICE CHARGE !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A MONEY PIT. Photographic Evidence for proof too. DISGUSTING

Where to start, absolutely dreadful building management company. From day one they chased for late payments even though we had paid a year ahead. It takes on average 3 weeks to get unsatisfactory responses. We reported a leak 6 months before any tradesmen were instructed to quote. Have not set foot in the property in 2 years - zero proactivity.
