Poor shipping/packaging practices
Poor shipping/packaging practices. Two small products were shipped in a large box with no packing materials to keep the products from flying around and to keep the box from getting crushed. The large box was smashed and partially open when delivered. The corner of the small pedal box is smashed. Quality saddles should be sold and sent in their own fitted box, not attached to a card like a cheap chain store saddle.

I bought some SQlab handlebars for my mountain bike. SQlab takes pride in designing bike hardware that is ergonomic-friendly and I wanted to get bars that had more backsweep angle, but I wanted to maintain the other aspects of "bike fit." Unfortunately, the dimensions in the SQlab catalog (and almost everybody else's catalog!) weren't sufficient to figure out how to accomplish this. I worked with Madison in customer service who worked with the SQlab Germany folks to get me the necessary information. He has also requested that the needed info be added to their catalog. Top notch customer service in my opinion.

Shipping delays
Placed my order 2.5 weeks ago and haven’t received it. For some reason my shipment got sent south to LA in the peak of the fire crisis. For context I live in Canada and this is way out of the way. Needed the equipment for an upcoming trip but looks like I won’t receive it in time…

Hello Danica, I see your package did ship in 2 business days as promised. Unfortunately we don't dictate freight routes for our carriers, and have no control over which shipping centers are used by USPS. I agree it is disappointing to not receive an item quickly, however amidst the Canada Post strike requiring catchup, and the fires in Southern California, I'm not surprised there was a delay. My purchase of Ion Shoes.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Ion Products USA. It was easy to search for what I wanted. Many photos to help me make a decision while sizing charts were easy to find. I made my purchase, I received an order confirmation, and the shoes shipped promptly. The shoes were awesome! They didn't work out for my ankles unfortunately, but the return process was easy and painless which I appreciated very much. I would not hesitate to order from Ion again.
