Our idea for a cake topper was incredibly personal and very unique (aka difficult to find). My fiancé and I met playing French horn in community band (and as a music educator, this is a very important detail to me), so we wanted two French horns that made a heart. To have found someone willing to take on this task was a relief to begin with, but for them to have taken this task and made such a beautiful piece was nothing short of incredible! We are so thrilled with our cake topper, it's so detailed and beautiful and will be a lovely keepsake in our home many years after our wedding day is over. I can't say enough good things about my cake topper! I'll start with the communication; it was amazing! I was able to work with Jennifer and when something didn't look right, she was able to promptly change it! It was awesome to be as picky as I wanted to be. She was super sweet and answered all of my questions. The time frame was super quick too, I was expecting things to take a bit longer, but they were on it. The outcome was amazing! When I opened my box, I almost cried. It was exactly what we talked about! I LOVE IT! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a cake topper or figure to celebrate their special day. Just received my order yesterday...the custom cake topper is beautiful, the details are as described and received in perfect condition. It is a surprise for my bride to be and I am sure she will love it on top of the cake on our wedding day. The cost of the custom topper is well worth the delight on my bride’s face. It will be a priceless keepsake for many years to come.

I'm gonna be honest. I was very nervous about ordering my cake topper because I placed my order only about 2 months before my wedding, but I just received my topper yesterday and I still have 3 weeks to spare. Jennifer was great from the beginning. I'm sure I wasn't the most thrilling customer to have as I was very particular and sent her probably way more pictures than she ever would have needed. I was able to be involved in every step of the process and gave the approval for each part myself before they would move forward. I did ask for a couple rounds of revisions and they were more than happy to oblige. I ordered a custom bride and I was so impressed with how perfectly my dress came out. Once my cake topper was finished and approved, they mailed it out and I received it within 3 days. Its slightly bigger than I expected but it feels nice and sturdy and I'm sure that with care it can last a lifetime to be displayed in our home even after the wedding. I cannot wait to use these at my wedding (in 20 days!!!)

I am in complete awe! Finding a bearded cake topper was impossible!! They took time, pride, and every detail matched us! The best part is the customer service and constant communication. Took their time with us I had a few changes I wanted to make and they were very understanding! The price wasn’t too bad considering the time and effort that was spent on doing them!! If you are thinking about using this company you absolutely should. I had a custom cake topper made and Jennifer worked with me every step of the way. I was sent proofs to approve through the entire process, all changes were made with enthusiasm and to my pleasing. When the topper was damaged at the wedding at no fault of this company they had the original cast on hand and agreed to remake it at a very minimum cost to me! I just received my cake topper and it brought tears to my eyes. It is beautiful and the groom looks EXACTLY like my fiance'. This has been the highlight of the wedding for me so far. I'm saving it as a surprise for him at the reception. I'm sure he'll be as moved as I am.

Our bobblegram was the hit of the night! I didn’t tell my husband about the cake topper because I wanted him to be surprised. And he loved it! As did all of our guests. It looked just like us! Now we get to keep it forever! Dealing with this company was a breathe of fresh air. Jennifer was amazing from the very beginning. She made sure every part was exactly how I wanted it. She was patient, kind and quick with replying. I placed the first order 8 weeks prior to the wedding and received the bobblegram 2 weeks before the wedding.
