I have been delighted with the quality of both the cake topper and the service. The artists are very talented, and they made all the nitpicky changes I wanted along the way. They even accommodated a tricky yoga pose. They're definitely pricy, but it's a memento I'll cherish for a long time.

Our topper came out amazing! My fiance really wanted a football themed topper where we could include our cat and we saw the embracing football jersey couple on BobbleGram. I was looking for a unique wedding cake topper and after searching the Internet I found bobblegram, my fiancé is obsessed with batman so the batman groom and custom bride was perfect for us! After months of hesitating about spending that amount of money on a cake topper and having worries of it not turning out the way we wanted I finally ordered the topper. I added as many photos and descriptions as possible and within 6 days we had our first set of proofs, even after receiving proofs we were still a little worried we were expecting too much and would be dissapointed on arrival. Jennifer was so helpful and made every ammendment I asked for. Once the topper was shipped it reached me in the UK 2 days after fully intact. We are over the moon with our cake topper and can't wait for our guests to see it on our wedding day in October and to display it in our house for years after!

When I first found about about this establishment I was very intrigued at what they had to offer when it came to wedding cake toppers... They have an extensive selection to choose from and surely fits someone's bill when it comes to something unique to have for that special day... My fiancé and I couldn't be more happy with how our Detroit Red Wings topper turned out, fully customizable, they seem to get every detail possible on the characters... We couldn't wait for these to get delivered as throughout the production they send you photos of the progress being made, which is very professional on their part... I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for something unique to have on top of their cake on their big day, but also something to treasure and keep for a keepsake and conversation piece for years to come... 5/5 isn't enough stars, they go above and beyond... My fiance and I just received our cake topper and we love it! It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be, which is great because we can display it in our collection room. We ordered the Iron man groom and the dancing bride, along with a little white dog to resemble our fur baby. Jennifer was so kind and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process so it was very helpful. I can't wait to hear what our guests think when we display it at our wedding!

I can't complain at all about our cake topper! We thought it would be so fun and different to add as a touch at our wedding. We just received ours and I couldn't be happier. I love how responsive the company is. If I had a question or concerns I literally received the response no more than a day! I love our weddig cake topper. The images are spot on. The company was very easy to work with and open to accommodate requests for adjustments. They were very easy to work with. The topper arrived much faster than I expected. Highly recommend!

Good communication and followed my requests perfectly. We are so pleased with our cake topper, it is definitely going to be a hit and a conversational piece come the big day. There were a few things that needed to be changed and they had no problem fixing it. They have a good weight to them and were much bigger than expected A+++ We had a 3 week window to get them done and shipped and they had no problem getting it done (I payed the extra amount for expedited shipping) I even got to make multiple proofs with just a few minor tweaks and it was finished and delivered 2 days before the wedding.

I commissioned Bobblegram to do a wedding cake topper for us. It was about 5 weeks before my event so I paid the extra rush service fee. We received a proof 2 weeks before the event, made minor hair color changes, the week before the event, i asked for shipping information and received an email with a final proof and was told not to worry that they would arrive ontime. Well the did NOT!! My event was May 9th and they were not shipped until May 7th and they were shipped from CHINA!! I was under the impression that is company was located in San Diego California, not China, On May 8th I emailed asking for tracking information and did not receive a reply until after 11pm the night before the event. By that time it was too late to go buy another topper. My cake was designed around this topper. I was devastated. And the only consiolation was an I'm sorry. Dont think you are dealing with a local US company because you are not. I will be making a report to the proper authorities regarding their false representation.

I ordered a cake topper for my wedding that was customizable. Ex. Hair color, eye color, skin color. When the proof picture was emailed to me the skin color was completely wrong and there was little time left before my wedding. Jennifer Thomas from customer support personally made sure it was corrected and fed-exed to me within 4 days. I could not believe it. Needless to say it was the perfect cake topper. I originally googled CAKE TOPPERS for my daughter's upcoming wedding and knew what I was looking for. I found You guys at BOBBLEGRAM and placed my order. So let me 1st say, as the groom my planning of the wedding has consisted of, "what do you want me to wear? where do you want me to be and what time?" other than that, I'm a guy, plan it how you want it. BUT I did want to come up with the idea of a bad@$$ cake topper so seeing as how wife wants me in my Army ASU blues for the ceremony the topper should be in uniform. THEN I found bobblegram and it was a done deal! They can make it look like us and I'd be in uniform AND we can have guns too? Sign me up! [Name] was awesome from day 1, patient with all our requests, quick to make any necessary modifications down to the tiniest details such as my medals, ribbons and awards on my uniform and even getting Autumn's tattoos to the point where when you look close you say to yourself "omg that's spot on and it's not even a 1/4 inch!". We were completely amazed, everyone we've shown loves it and says it is us to a T! Even the cake decorator thinks it's the coolest cake topper she's ever seen. So as we already told [Name] last time we emailed her, she will be highly recommended and we can't be happier with the entire experience as a whole. This was a great experience all around. After searching online to find a creative customized wedding cake topper for my Red Wings hockey themed wedding, I came across the bobblegram site. The idea looked awesome and I loved the examples! I was a bit hesitant to make the pricey purchase but I justified it to myself as not only a wedding necessity but also as a gift for the groom and us as a couple that we can keep forever. After submitting all of my details and pictures, I was quickly emailed by Jennifer reassuring me that all the photos looked good and they would start the production of working on a mold. A few days later i was emailed a picture of a wax mold of each our heads to approve so they could move onto the next step. About a week or two or so later, i was emailed a proof of the full bodied colored version. It looked just like us! Almost creepily so! haha. I received the final product shortly in TONS of bubblewrap and it looked amazing!! Everyone at the office was loving it!

The whole process took about 3.5 weeks from ordering it to receiving it.

Customer service was great, I was always well informed and any questions were quickly and personally answered.

I can only imagine what rave reviews this will get at my wedding! Like the hockey jerseys on the bobblehead (our last name and the date of our wedding as the jersey numbers) I also have those same real customized jerseys to match that will be autographed as our guest book! So the bobblegrams will really tie the theme together!

We were a little hesitant and first because things on the Internet are not always "as shown". We took the risk and submitted the request; they were very quick on replying and would follow-up with the project to make sure we liked how they were looking. After we gave the last "thumbs up", they were in the mail and arrived ASAP (honestly)!
