Jenny and I worked very hard on getting the perfect pieces for our wedding last week.

I needed three perfect figurines in a big hurry for my son's wedding. BobbleGram really delivered. They worked hard in a short time frame to create original masterpieces based on our photos and suggestions. The bride, groom and ring bearer could not have been more pleased. The word of the night from all the guests was Awesome!

We worked with Jennifer to create our cake topper. She was great! We started the process at the end of March for our May 24th wedding. She was quick to reply to all of our emails. We made a few minor corrections/adjustments along the way. The cake topper arrived yesterday and it looks just like us. She even got the wrinkles right on our faces! We can't wait to put it on our cake in a few weeks!

We worked with Jennifer. After submitting our requirements she got back to me very quickly. During the entire creation process she was very helpful and quick to explain the nuances and details of the project. Every time we went back and forth she was there with a reply within a timely manner. The product shipped quickly and we couldn't be more please. Thanks guys.

We went online and saw our wedding cake topper,we then ordered it and they sent us pictures of the proofs which were brilliant and then when it arrived (very quicky) it was even better than what it luked in the proofs!!fantastic service and i will definately use them again in the future!!our topper is going to look amazing on our wedding cake :-)

My only criticism is I wish they had been easier to find!

We found exactly what we had hoped for, when we stumbled upon Bobblegram. The process was simple, Jenny was incredibly helpful, and the results are shockingly good, especially considering the price!

Imagine tiny replicas of me and my betrothed proudly adorning the top of our wedding cake on our special day. Well, the day after in our case, but you get the idea. All we had to do was go to the website and select which cake toppers we wanted; two males. Then we snapped a couple selfies and sent in our order. We got to make changes, when we got the proofs (even though the topper made me look better) and the second round was perfect (well...it looked like me)!

Today, the man from DHL delivered our toppers and they are perfect and ready for our April nuptials, 3 months away.

I can't recommend Bobblegram enough and Jenny especially!

For our wedding we wanted to capture the hockey loving fanatics in us without sacrificing taste and class. We decided to only pick a few aspects to focus on...one being the cake topper. We found bobblegram online and loved how unique the idea was....working with Jennifer at Bobblegram made the process seamless and she made sure we were happy from start to finish......we were ECSTATIC when it arrived and on the wedding day, our guests took more pictures of "mini us" than they took of the real us :p. I will definitely use Bobblegram again and recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!

I originally found BobbleGram on Pinterst when I was researching cake topper for our Fall Festival Zombie Wedding. I sent them an email asking how detailed they could get and immediately got a response with as detailed as I wanted. My fiancé had two kids and I wanted all of us on our wedding cake since it really was a marrying of a family.

I started getting mock weapons and had my family in attack poses as I took all the photos, sent photos of my the dresses and even close ups of their facial expressions and sent them off. Now not only did they get all our weapons (cause, lets face it, if your in a zombie apocalypse you will have several on you) they got ALL MY TATTOOS!!!

When the box arrived, I was really really nervous, would they be like us, like some of the sample photos they sent...I needn't have worried an inch!

I can't express how amazed and blown away I was at the craftsmanship each of our figures has. Everyone at the wedding was completely stunned that it was ACTUALLY US on our CAKE! I think more photos were taking of our cake than there were of us, which is totally fine!

Professional, Fun, Courteous and most of all CREATIVE! This company has it all!

I would recommend them to everyone! Weddings, anniversaries, retirements, corporate gifts...everyone can use a BobbleGram!

We purchased our cake topper for our wedding that will be taking place in January 2014. We received in from start to finish in 4 weeks including revisions! I ordered Sept 13, photos were approved Sept 16 got our first set of revisions Sept 23 and ultimately received our topper October 11 (2 days after final approval!).
I was a little scared when I read some of the negative reviews (actually VERY SCARED) but I had absolutely no problems with the service or my topper!!!
I was updated every step of the way quickly and politely.

If I had to do it all over again I definitely would! It looks like us and it is definitely going to be a showstopper at the wedding!

My fiancee loves his jersey! This cake topper shows both of our personalities perfectly!

The team at Bobblegram was amazing ! The cake topper I made for my wedding on July 27th was one of the biggest items talked about. The communication and response time is quick and efficient. My wedding is on September 7th so I wanted to give BobbleGram ample amount of time to complete my custom order. I ordered my international cake topper on June 10 and I received it by July 23. therefore it only took 6 weeks to arrive, which was a lot quicker than I had anticipated. I sent several pictures of myself and my fiance, gave a great description on the colors of our outfits and exactly what we wanted. Tip: Giving more details definitely helps with the getting the order started quickly and throughout the course of the request. I dealt with Jennifer during the whole 6 week process, which was nice dealing with same representative the entire time who new my order, and she was fantastic! She made every accommodation I asked for and went back and forth with me more times than I could have asked for. I am super pleased the way the cake topper turned out. They actually look like my fiance and I! This is not only going to go on our wedding cake but is something that we can cherish forever! It was definitely worth the price!

I was a little hesitant to spend so much money on a cake topper but I wanted something that would last forever. The ordering process was fun and easy, you get to upload pictures and choose all your facial features! Once I placed my order I received an email from Jennifer and she was AWESOME! She responded immediately to all of my questions. I even emailed to check on the status of my topper because I was a little excited :) She made the process very easy! It was nice to be in contact with the same person throughout the ordering process. Once I received my product I was ecstatic!!!! With all of the time and money we brides invest in weddings it is nice to know that you can order an amazing product and receive quality service! The customer service is amazing! Because I was surprising my groom with this custom camo/hunter guy cake topper for his groom's cake, I wanted it to be PERFECT. I ordered in a tight timeframe, they communcated with me at every step and I approved the proof and was SO happy. Unfortunately the shipper broke a small piece of the hat off the groom in shipping [even though they had packed it in tons of bubble wrap!]. I was worried that we wouldn't have enough time for the new groom to arrive, but Jennifer assured me that she'd make it happen. AND SHE DID! Then the venue lost the bride's rifle after the reception...so I reached out to Jennifer again and she was willing to send another one along so we can display it in my hubby's Man Cave! It's fun, custom, and got a great response at my reception...it's worth the price! THANK YOU for making our day more special, more unique, and very "us".

My wedding is in September, I placed my order in February and I received my finished product in July. The proofing was fast and the results were amazing. The website tells you to preorder 6-9 months and there should be no problems, and there was not. All of my family and friends love the cake topper, I posted the finished product on my facebook. It is by far the most AWESOME cake topper and the personalization was everything that was advertised on the website!!! Highly recommend this product to other Brides :) Just make sure you order a good 6 months before the wedding!!!

It did take time for them to get it right and there are some paint errors that considering the money spent i don't think should be there but. i truly deeply love my cake topper i spent more money on it then any single item in my wedding and it was beyond worth it because its something to this day i have displayed in my house. My specific topper is displayed on their webpage. It really is amazing and i love it. Again as i stated there are some painting errors that i was bothered by and i didnt like the lack of short dress options on the plus size figures but over all i got exactly what i was expecting and everyone left talking about my cake topper........ THANK YOU TYBINC.COM or whoever u are now!

I wanted a custom cake topper for our wedding and knew we were cutting it close on time (wedding March 30, order placed Feb 22). I inquired with the company before I placed my order asking if it was even possible and they said yes, please order ASAP. I placed my order that night and included all the necessary photos. After a few other followup emails for more pictures, everything was sculpted. Honestly the faces weren't that good, but I thought they were close enough and I knew with our limited time resculpting might delay the completion of the product on time. I got the full sculpt proof, approved it, got the color proof, took one day before responding and making a slight tweak to colors and approving it on March 21. I was told it was shipped that day. I got tracking info sent to me on March 26 and was told it "looked like it would be delivered March 27/28 at the latest." When I actually went to track the item I saw that it was BEING SHIPPED FROM CHINA. I paid $70 for a shipping upgrade that said 3-4 business day shipping. Nowhere on the website does it say that the products are shipped from China and have to go through customs. My topper was stuck in customs until Monday, April 1 and I didn't have it in time for my wedding. I was refunded my shipping charges, but had I been offered the overnight shipping upgrade, I would've paid the difference to ensure I got it and I never was. Also, when I finally opened up the package, the topper, though wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap was broken! The bride's head was broken off and the groom's arm was broken. Even worse, it looks nothing like us or even the proofs of the sculpt I approved. I paid nearly $400 for a useless cake topper. I've been in constant contact with customer service and while I appreciate the refund for the shipping, had I known that the product would ship from China and needed to go through customs, I never would've ordered it. The website (bobblegr.am) makes it look like they're based in San Diego and that's where your item is shipping from. I asked that they make it clear on their website that the items will ship from overseas and have to go through international customs which operates on it's own schedule and that shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed so that other brides don't have to go through what I did. Since the quality is garbage, I'm actually glad it didn't arrive, but I'm upset at the waste of money it was.
