My Ideal boiler was repaired and serviced by Marvin. He was thorough, polite, cleaned up everything. He sorted out the problem and checked the whole system to make sure there were no other issues. Not the cheapest but very reliable and really excellent service. Would definitely recommend the company.

Always a good job
Mr Lusha always does a good job. He arrives on time and completes the required work professionally and promptly. He explains what he's doing and carefully considers available options before proceeding with the work. He takes good care not to make unnecessary mess and is polite at all times. Highly recommended.

Ignored and blocked by Company
I decided to reach out to this company to address how one of their staff found it acceptable to park in a disable bay displaying no badge to pop into Costco Chingford for 3 hours.
On providing pictures and details via their Facebook page, not only did they ignore my message but blocked me!
Clearly a company not to be trusted as if you have an issue they will ignore you and then block you!
I personally would not use or recommend this company

Dear Sir, your review is unfair and misleading because it is unrelated to our services. Its not right that you should try to discourage others to do business with us because you took issue with how one of our workers parked his van. All the more since you've never even dealt with us or used our services. We work very hard to keep our clients satisfied and our impeccable reviews on checkatrade reflect that.

Boiler service
I contacted Boiler & heating care in search for a Boiler service as my regular Plumber was no longer available, as a result the rep for Boiler and Heating Care services contacted me with a competitive price and timing to carry out the service and I decided to take up his Offer. The Company kept me informed of the service required and duly met the appointment by sending a most pleasant young man, His work was neat, tidy, efficient and polite. He did a thorough service of the Boiler and sent me a full report of findings. I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
