Excellent service from Kevin and the team he has with him. Stephen installed our boiler and worked efficiently and with obvious experience. Cannot find a single fault. Highly recommended

Kevin communicates effectively, his colleague Adam who carried out the installation quietly got on with job. Kevin came to provide a quote to replace our old boiler. The quote was extremely reasonable and Kevin provided great advice. We arranged for Kevin to proceed a few days later. His colleague Stephen arrived at 9am and started work straight away, the work was completed shortly after lunchtime, Stephen cleaned up after himself and showed me how to use the boiler before leaving. Kevin checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy and he confirm that he would sort out the warranty for the boiler so it would be one less worry for me. All around great service and advice, would highly recommend.

I ordered a new combo boiler through FastTrack Installations as it was so easy to do and it took the work out of everything for me, just a few clicks, send a few photos, choose your boiler and installation date and it’s done 😁. I was lucky that the installers were HeatCo Scotland. Communication was excellent with HeatCo, Kevin was so helpful and kept in touch regarding all parts of the process. Stephen fitted the boiler perfectly and left the place very tidy afterwards. Stephen was professional and extremely efficient at his job. He explained everything very clearly to me and assisted with setting up Hive and he also made sure all the radiators were set correctly so I would get the best, most effective heat throughout the house. I would recommend HeatCo Scotland 100%

My boiler badly needed replacing.
Kevin arrived and explained the options and gave good advice. There was no hard selling. We agreed the boiler type etc and arrived at a price which was very reasonable and fair.
The boiler was installed on time and on the date promised. The boiler was installed by Adam and I cannot speak highly enough of this young man. He was 1st class. Clearly expert in what he does. He carried out the boiler replacement and was tidy throughout. After installation he explained everything that had been done and gave a clear explanation of the controls etc. All in all I was very impressed by this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was in a pickle, no hot water and an old combi boiler which was toast. I called Kevin and he came out the same day and priced for supply and installation of a new unit with costing options . The install was carried out by an experienced fitter - Steven - in a very calm and professional manner with thermostat , warranty and general care and guidelines explained until I understood . Thank you Steven , and Kevin . Good job well done ! I would happily recommend your services to anyone in my predicament. 10/10 .

I was looking for a new boiler as my boiler Brooke down on Wednesday the day after I phone some people I got put on to heatco Scotland and Kevin said he would come in the Thursday afternoon and looked. I was happy with the quote he gave and before I asked him a date he said He could fit me in on the Friday and I was happy to get the new boiler put in and I left him as I was working and when I finished he was finished Kevin was ready good at the quote and service and showing how it all worked so I would be recommending him and I am also getting more jobs and service done by him thanks Kyle 😊

I needed a new boiler fast. Kevin visited me on a Sunday which was much appreciated and my new boiler was fitted that week by Brian, his colleague and Kevin.They arrived right on time and were friendly and professional with no mess.
