In Nov 23 boilerteam installed a new Worcester Oil boiler. First contact with Paul Churchill was great, I live in rural Devon so he asked for some photos and quoted on that basis. I accepted the quote and had a date set for the install a week or so later. No one turned up on the date and no phone call to explain. I persevered and had another install date set a week or so later. Two fitters arrived and did a really good job, neat installation new boiler, controller and motorised valves all good, 1.5 days work. Getting the Oftec certificate required multiple phone calls and emails but it arrived eventually. I had a problem 6 months later with radiators warming up when only the water should have been on. This was dealt with straight away by a fitter in the area who replaced a valve. Really good service.

Boiler Teams installers are efficient, friendly, tidy and considerate. Paul Churchil who arranged the installation for us, and explained the procedure is personable and effective, and a rapid turnaround. A great experience replacing our 22 year old Worcester Heatslave, with a new model. Bloody brilliant.

From the first enquiry the boiler team have been great so easy to deal with.
Colin and jack were great guys nothing was to much trouble.

Bing, bang, Bosch. My enquiry through to installation was dealt with in double quick time, under a week!
Thanks to Paul for dealing with my enquiry and arranging such a rapid response. I wasn't in any particular rush but things just fell into place. Enquired with a number of companies on the Wednesday. Paul contacted me immediately to discuss requirements and request a couple of photographs of the existing installation, I received a comprehensive quote the following day. Having checked their rating I confirmed I was happy and Paul contacted me Friday to say they they had a team available Tuesday, was I interested? Brilliant, suited me, crack on.
Experienced installation team did a fine job in adverse weather conditions. Arrived on time at 9am and finally cleared away by 7pm. Removed our 25 year old Worcester Heatslave oil combi boiler and replaced it with Greenstar Heatslave. Long day for them with a 2 hour drive either end to get to us in West Wales.
Installation documentation with warranty received the following day and they left it a week before invoicing to allow time to ensure there were no issues.
New boiler has been operating smoothly for a month now. Main thing I notice is how much quieter it is when the burner kicks in.
It's early days but hopefully servicing and breakdown response will be equally efficient.

From start to finish the job was completed excellently. Paul came round had a look, gave some advice and within two weeks job was done- replacing boiler and 6 new radiators within two days. The workers were brilliant, good fun, professional, courteous and worked hard. First time I've every written a report like this on any company- but they deserve all the praise I can read about then here on Truspilot.

Good experience from start to finish good communication from paul Churchill.friendly and informative all questions answered.2 cracking kids came to install a Worcester bosch boiler for me, replacing an ideal logic.and was completed in 4 hours and then home to spend weekend with their familys. They even said if it was a logic boiler to replace would have been home sooner. They were done for dinner time so I went for a few pints to celebrate our new installation. Paul wasn't pushy about money at first conversation and even said no money till work is completed and 100%happy,which I liked. Would highly recommend this firm,got 10 year warranty and hopefully no problems down the line. Very happy overall.gerald ward

£2500 for a Worcester Bosch. 10 years ago paid £3500 for a logic (💩)
Worth it if you don't need any credit, they no longer do interest free!

It took 2 mins to do the quote, received via email. I called at 16.55 on the Friday and spoke with an engineer. Confirmed all via email and via whatsapp then was booked in for the following Monday.

It's now in, really neat. The 2 workers were great and made no mess. I have a decent boiler that works!

Having made the decision to replace my old oil boiler, local enquiries made plus the decision to use Boiler Guide. Rapid e-mail response from 3 sources. Before able to ring I was contacted by Paul Churchill from Boiler Team. Easy to realise I was in contact with someone who was professional, technically astute and answered all queries. No hesitation in granting Boiler the job. Chris and Jack drove up from south Wales arriving at 10.00 am and worked diligently through to 6.15 pm. The sales and installation service was very good and I chose them on this basis plus the fact they offer a 10-year warranty provided annual maintenance is undertaken by themselves throughout the duration of the manufacturers warranty period. Unfortunately we didn't get a checklist document until the day of installation and didn't read this until the following day. Had we had this before the installation we would have checked the list to ensure a few items that were missed had been covered. Because of this my Craig Revell-Horwood paddle is a 9 and not a 10!!! Both my Relationship Manager and the Managing Director took time to speak to me regarding these points so whilst it's not "a ten from Len" I've given them 5 stars. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Boiler Team

Extremely professional and reliable. Arranged date quickly and constant updates along the way. The two fitters (Rob & Geraint) were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure that everything was of a very high standard, making the installation far tidier and better fitted than the one it was replacing. They were extremely polite and friendly and I really could not recommend them and 'The Boiler Team' as a company more highly. I will be passing this on to all friends and family as a thoroughly professional and dedicated company resulting in an excellent experience! Many, many thanks!

From the first contact to the completion of the job, it was excellent, very smooth and professional.
The installation carried out by Chris and Colin was exceptional, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
During installation, they kept the areas clean and tidy and even took their shoes off where the rooms were carpeted.

Boiler Team provided a price for a new boiler and changes to my radiators. The price was excellent and service beyond anything I have ever experienced. Colin, in particular was marvelous in his advice and the way he worked. Where others wanted to knock my house about Colin patiently found solutions to problems and did a very neat job of everything. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I don't normally leave reviews but I will make an exception when it comes to the Boiler Team. When my boiler was condemned The Boiler Team gave me a very competitive quote. Their service, attention to detail when it came to protecting the area around the boiler when removing it from the kitchen cupboard and the service was first class. I wish all companies offered this level of service. Quality, Service and Value for money. What a company. Well done the Boiler Team.

A good company to talk to explained every step and a good choice of boilers and good prices, they replaced the boiler and put a radiator in the bathroom for me. All done within a week of giving me the quote, clean and very efficient

An impressive and reassuring experience. Being entirely dissatisfied with our existing 26 radiator oil fired system, Paul Churchill provided a fast and competitive quote ( amongst 4 ) to provide a Worcester Danesmore Utility 32/50KW high efficiency condensing boiler, remove existing header tank, install new expansion vessel with pressure gauge and filling loop to seal the system, a full hot and cold flush, install new fire valve, filters and frost thermostat and validate the Worcester 7 year warranty.
On acceptance, the engineer Paul Nash, arrived at 8.30 am 5 days later. He immediately protected all working areas with cling film and proceeded to remove and replace the boiler and all associated pipe work, installing the new expansion vessel and small French drain for the condescend, completing all by 4pm. Very impressive. All discard was removed and the site left unfautingly clean.
Equally impressive is the new adaptive system. The 26 radiators, throughout the house are hot within 20 minutes and there has been no further need to balance or bleed. ‘Feel the difference’
The whole experience has been assuringly hassle free, no worry over deposits, and payment requested upon satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending The Boiler Team and both Paul Churchill and Paul Nash.
