Gas boiler service always excellent
Our gas boiler has been serviced by Mulgas each year since new. This year we had the more comprehensive strip down service. Their engineer is always excellent; highly professional, polite & punctual - so too their bookings team. Competitive pricing. Thank you.

Well done Mulgas
Well, I have needed the Mulgas team several times in the last 3 years. In July I used them to renew an immersion heater at home, and then for a complex cylinder renewal at a local Church. Communication is excellent, estimates are done promptly, and their site team are very competent, tidy, and nice folks to have around.

Have used Mulgas for years
Have used Mulgas for years for Gas Certs and servicing and they have installed 2 boilers for me now - the latest, a Worcester Bosh, plus rad valves and a full system flush last week. The engineers are always helpful and knowledgeable, especially this time with George who did all he could to ensure all went well. TBH wouldn't use anyone else

I appreciated the reminder telephone call that it was a year since our last boiler service, and then another call later offering us a cancellation slot earlier than expected. The work itself was soon done in an efficient way. Thanks.

Boiler Fault Fixed
Great service again from Steve at Mulgas. Appointment was quickly arranged by Kayleigh in the office and Steve came as arranged the next day to sort out the problem with our boiler. Thorough, no fuss, lovely people to deal with.

A small job but urgent
A small job but urgent, and handled professionally from my initial telephone call to the engineer's visit and resolution. Kayleigh was clear on the phone and able to locate an engineer at short notice, and Giles was professional and thorough, executing the job and saving my day. I would certainly recommend this company. Trustworthy company - excellent staff
Excellent first point of contact - understanding of situation we were in and getting engineer out first call in the morning . The engineer arrived and checked everything - fixed the issue and always honest about cause and that if the same issue occurred they could change a part. Trustworthy service and that is something to really treasure.

Highly recommended
Mulgas installed a new boiler for our home in April 2026. This included moving the location from the existing boiler and dealing with all the associated piping. The communication in the lead up to the work was excellent, with quick responses to all questions. George attended for the two days of the work and did a great job, and was very friendly. All follow-up work was completed quickly. I’d highly recommend Mulgas.

Completed fitting my new heating yesterday I gave it 5 stars as the workmanship was excellent. I found the fitter very experienced and also very helpful explaining everything in detail to me. He arrived on time and everything was cleared up and tidy when completed

Great service
Excellent staff response when I rang to make an appointment for a boiler service. Quick to set a date and time. The engineer arrived on time was polite and very considerate putting over shoes on and protecting the area around the boiler.

Excellent service
I have used Mulgas for years and years. They have fitted 2 boilers and most recently a new water tank. They do a service every year. I would not use anyone else and would always recommend them. The whole team are brilliant and the work and equipment they provide is second to none.

Absolutely first class service , we have used Mulgas for many,many years and have never been let down. Just phone the office and one is met with super efficiency from delight ladies. Our service engineer is Giles and he has always done a good and he is a splendid ambassador for the Company.

Great company
Second time we’ve used Mulgas and as before we were very impressed with their service.
Having no heating or hot water in winter is not fun, but Mulgas was very efficient at ordering the right parts and got the job done within a few days.
The customer service is very friendly and helpful… would recommend!

Mulgas cannot be more helpful with various call outs I ve had to do recently with my property and mother in law's property. From bookings with Kayleigh to job finished is so easy and seamless.
