Muhammed Gaffer and his colleagues are always polite, professional and very efficient with there responses.. it’s not often your waiting over an hour for a response!! I put my file from Bondadams for skill work visa in health and care and my case worker was Geet. They make my file very perfect and whenever I was confused on some points , they quickly solve my all the queries and I applied in FasTrack service with 5 working days , but I got my visa decision within a few hours on same day, and it's only possible due to perfection for each and every thing , and not only my all visa application was checked by only one case worker but it was also final checked with munawar sir ,so I am really satisfied with them work.

First time buyer.
I was quite scared as I wasn't sure about the process of buying a property.
Ibrahim was reassuring when we approached bond Adams at first and dilan and shivani were excellent and efficient with responses when guiding me on what had to be done and the turnaround times.
Me and my husband will definitely be using the team again.

I bought 3 parcels of land from NALC Auction 15th of March, at the beginning, the auction sales Charlie said I don’t have to have a solicitor, they will do the registration for me. So I wait for more than a month,Charlie gave me the solicitor contact: Shameela Aziz Sayani’s email. I sent to her email on 26th of April.she replied on 27th of April. She said she will be reverting me on the completion elements. I asked I bought 3 parcels of land in gu23 and 8 parcels of land in cm16.she said she will speak to me tomorrow which is 30th of April. I waited until 3th of May she didn’t ring me, I asked again,she said she will call me tomorrow. I was waiting until 7th,she didn’t. I asked again, she asked my number on 8th of May, I asked again and again on 10th of May, until now, I lost her, she didn’t reply anymore.

They were easily approachable via call and message and communication was very clear.

As we went through Shariah Complaint Home Purchase Plan, which is different from traditional mortgage, the team was well aware of the requirements to take necessary steps in timely fashion.
