Do not purchase anything from this website. They will take your money and your order will never arrive and they have no customer service team. I have emailed them several times and no one has gotten back to me and I will be taking further action! They are scammers please read all the reviews!!! How are they not cancelled!!!!!

Umar Kamani’s new way of scamming people and taking their money cause they need to make some money after they had his fake wedding and need to pay the debt off. These bastards wont stop scamming people. I returned 3 items but only could a refund for 2 items. They were all unworn and with tags. To which the useless james and Sky Rae losers lied and said the same thing that people on other trust pilot reviews are saying that they will have a CCTV check. Be ashamed you losers, I’m going to take this on social media with tagging your so called owners the ‘kamanis’ aka losers and posting proof of how I sent all 3 items but didn’t get a full refund. Ordered something from their website, which I decided to use Klarna and pay in instalments. I subsequently ended up returning the item as it was a lot shorter than it looked on the website and was charged £6.98 to do so. Avoid this company at all costs.

Disgraceful service

I made an order for £151, royal mail stated that they would be sending the parcel back. Till this day I don't know why the parcel was never delivered but sent back. I contacted Boohoo to ask why is this the case, they responded saying they can't provide me with a reason but will refund me back £111.30. So where has the test of my money gone. They also said I won't be refunded until the 26th of December. Daylight Robbery. Disgraceful company, customer service is no existent. Just a complete shambles

Dont recommend

0 customer service, tried every way to chat, cant go past the AI chat box never connects with the customer service staff even after email. Website says delivery between 8-9 business days, been waiting for my parcel since one month. Do not buy, its kinda scam.

Scammers! Do not buy from them
Paid for next day delivery- they sent a completely wrong item.

Returning the item was an ordeal- It's now over a month since this regrettable purchase and return and I still don't have my refund!!

No customer service phone number, virtual assistant doesn't work and no follow up on refund process when I contacted customer service via email.
Complete con artists. AVOID!!!

Stay well away from this scamming company!! They do NOT CARE if you don’t get your refund I’ve been waiting months for 3 refunds! Nothing at all. I’ve also reported them to trading standards for the disgusting service

AVOID SCAMMERS

Hello, I returned every item in order and this ongoing issue has been going on since April 24 this year. It has been so stressful. I had to pay the balance on karma of £30.45 as late fees was going to be applied. Klarna advised to pay this and contact boohoo for the refund. I provided evidence of my return and booohoo has incorrectly refunded me as I returned every item. Only thing I need to pay for is the delivery fee of £3.99. Please please help. I have been contacting booho customer service for months I get ignored and no response!!

AWFUL PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Boohoo sent me completely different shoes to what I had ordered! When asked for a return they ignored the request and were not willing to help in anyway. Terrible and pathetic service as they never got back to me. Would not order from them ever again! They are a scamming business and do not refund your money. They are an absolute joke. I’m never buying from this disgraceful, scamming company EVER again!!! Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from them!!!

BOOHOO USE TO BE OK SITE ITS GONE RIGHT DOWN NOW I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH THEM FOR YEARS I HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE PREMIER FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND FREE RETURN COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO I RETURNED 3 PARCEL WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAIL THEY CHARGE ME 1.99 FOR EACH PARCEL RETURNED WHEN I QUESTION THIS THEY SAID THEY HAVE STARTED TO CHARGE PREMIER FOR RETURNS WITH OUT TELLING US AND IF YOU ORDER ANY ITEM UNDER 10 POUND ITS STANDARD DELIVERY THAT IS BREACH OF CONTRACT THEY DID REFUND ME FOR THE RETURN WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT HOW ANGRY I WAS AND THAT THEY WAS GOING TO EMAIL ALL PRIMERS ABOUT THE CHANGE IM STILL WAITING FOR EMAIL I USE TO BE ABLE TO GENARATE RETURNS ON THEIR NO GOOD SITE IT DON'T WORK NO MORE YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM SO THEY CAN START THE RETURNS FOR YOU THEY SAY THEY WILL GET FIX IM STILL WAITING I USES TO BE ABLE TO TO SEE MY RETURNS ON THE SITE CANT SEE THEM NO MORE WHEN I TOLD THEM I NEVER GOT A REPLY WHEN MY PRIMER RUNS OUT I WIL' NOT BE SHOPPING WITH THEM AGAIN.

Will not be buying off Boohoo again

Will not be buying off Boohoo again. Returned order and tracking shows it hasn't moved since I gave it to Aus Post. Have to wait 21 days for refund and so I'm currently paying for items I didn't keep. The items were unflattering and different to pictures and one dress was see-through!!! On the site they've edited to make it look normal. Don't bother buying from here, customer service keeps saying the same 'wait' speech even though parcel is clearly lost

Update: it's finally been processed and they haven't refunded the full order which was returned. They even charge $15 returns!!! So now I'm having to chase the missing refund and I've paid for items that are nothing like they show on website. First and last boohoo order.

Boohoo Missing Items...and being Gaslighted

The items I received were fine the issue came when 2 items were missing from my order. They have no actual customer service team. I've been emailing a bot about my order for two weeks and today they asked for proof of sealed packaging lol. Be cautious record yourself opening the package so they can't do this to you

Dear Boohoo customer service,
I am reaching out to request a refund for my recent purchase as I am dissatisfied with the product I received. I ordered a dress from your website, but unfortunately, it arrived with multiple defects, including a torn seam and noticeable stains. As a long-time customer of Boohoo, I have always had positive experiences with my purchases, but this recent incident has left me extremely disappointed.
I believe that as a loyal customer, I deserve to receive a full refund for the faulty item I received. The dress was not as described on your website and does not meet the quality standards I have come to expect from Boohoo. I have attached images of the defects for your reference.
I kindly request that a refund be processed for the full amount I paid for the dress, including shipping costs. I trust that Boohoo will take my complaint seriously and handle this matter promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Buyer beware. Customer service nightmare

Terrible company. Received faulty item where the zip doesn't work and sequins missing. I have had to jump through hoops to get them to provide me with a voucher for return. I have provided photos, videos etc on multiple platforms and their typical reply is we can't see the video despite me converting it. BUYER BEWARE TERRIBLE QUALITY ITEMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE A NIGHTMARE

Have used this company on 3 occasions, each time there has been an issue.

The first couple were delivery of the wrong size to what had been ordered, replacement sent to my old address after my original was sent to correct address 🤯 I know work that out !!!

Last order was for two pairs of the same trousers in two sizes. Arrived on time to be fair but did not like them so tried to return on line......after too many attempts to create a return as it was stating my order number was not recognised I made contact with them to be told immediately that they had just tried and it was showing up and possible to return !!!
So either I'm completely stupid and inputted the incorrect order number 25,000 times 🤩 or they block your ability to return unless you raise the issue ???
This could actually be a major problem that is going under the radar as lots of people just give up ???
Finally was able to return items, revived email to say they had refunded me so all good, until I checked the amount only refunding one pair of trousers.
Queried this finally got a response clearly not understanding the issue saying the second pair of trousers was now out of return window so cannot investigate any further, you literally could not right this stuff !!! Replied all in CAPITALS to hopefully make it clear that there were two pairs returned at the same time so please explain how one pair is ok to be refunded but the other pair too late ???!!!!! I received an almost immediate response correcting their mistake....I think it's fair to say I will never use this company again they are a joke
