After having Doha flight cancelled, I spoke to Ryan Waddel. What a miracle worker!! Despite all the seats on other flights being booked and time running out he was able to book 2 seats for my brother and I. He is the definition of top level customer service. From start to finish he made sure all our needs were met and ensured we were given the best alternative solution out of an unfortunate situation. I recently booked a holiday with another company and was so dissatisfied. I needed a direct flight for my husband to travel to Jamaica and was struggling to find one. I came across Book to travel and spoke to Ryan. Wow!! This person found me a brilliant deal and I still had time to pay this off. He was full of humour and made me feel so relaxed. He continued to make me laugh all through the booking process. He was even able to offer me advice. I now have a brilliant deal for my husband and he took his time to find something reasonable and affordable. I will not be using anyone else from now on to book my holidays abroad.
