Nelson booked my tickets with a different return dates that I asked. When I brought to his attention the date needs to be changed, he was dishonest by assuring that he put a request for change to the airline company and that I will receive (for sure) a confirmation with the correct return date at the latest a week before my return. So one week before my return I reached out to him because since I didn't receive any notification; On that he was trying to make me pay for the change fees and difference of fares. He was pointing at the fine prints (terms and conditions) and was putting the responsibility on me. When I presented him with some solid evidences I gathered unbeknownst to him, he changed his tune and came up with something to try to appease me; In the end I had vouchers but didn't get to return on time.
My point is , it is too bad that all Nelson was focused on is his commissions at the expense of my work; I really had to convince my boss that I didn't do it on purpose. It is disappointing because it seems to me the company has GREAT DEALS. And the company can get many referrals (word of mouth) easily

I missed my flight ✈️ got very stranded, I went online to check the next available flight to my destination. I came across book2travel, i called and John Thomas came to my rescue. Not only did he find me and my 3 children tickets but also booked a hotel at no cost to me to spend the nights before my departure
