JACOB MIKE AND STEVE HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL WITH MY BOOKING SHOUTING AT ME WHEN THEY MADE THE MISTAKE OF THE BOOKING WHEN I ASKED FOR THE CALLING. THEY ALSO SENT ME CONFORMATION DETAILS WITH OTHER PEOPLE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY PROMISED A VOUCHER WHEN I LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW WHICH IS BLACKMAIL DUE TO NOT BOOKING MY CORRECT FLIGHT

Good afternoon team Book2travel, I called your office today to book a flight to Ghana and the agent who attended to me was Jacob. Jacob was very helpful and patient throughout our conversation.
Initially I wasn't sure about the date I want to travel in the first week of January, But Jacob was able to secure 2nd January for me.
I believe Jacob is an asset to Book2travel and I will recommend Book2travel to all my friends who will be traveling to Ghana during the Easter holidays and beyond.

I found Book2travel on the internet to enquire about return flights to Thailand in January 2025. I was connected to Jacob, who fully understood my requirements and went out of his way to secure the best flights he could find to match my travel dates.
Jacob worked tirelessly offering us several flights with different company's, even though we were not travelling until January he constantly kept in touch to keep me updated.
Even at the last moment, he managed to change our flights to another airline because the timings would be better suited.
As it was a one stop flight in both directions, he arranged the seating on all our flights. He also arranged for us to be able to change our return flights should the original flights not be suitable.
I would highly recommend both Jacob, and his company when arranging flights to anywhere in the world. He will work extremely hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results.
