Jennifer Bloom was my main contact person, and she facilitated the typesetting and publishing of my book, which is my first poetry collection, and it is mostly in Classical Arabic (with an introduction and an appendix in English). I couldn't possibly have hoped for a better team leader. She was extremely patient, understanding, accommodating, and professional. Because of her, my book will be produced in a perfect form. I am very grateful to her.

Honestly, working with Emma Harper has been the greatest experience. She is so talented. Everytime I have a question she answers promptly and thoroughly. When publishing my first book I was a little nervous and unsure of the process, Emma helped guide me through and made it so easy. The editing, the book cover, the marketing, social media accounts; none of those things would have been possible without her.

If you want someone in your corner who wants to help you be successful, just ask for Emma Harper. She makes things happen.

My experience was great. I had the privilege of working with Daniel and Stella. Both were extremely helpful and attentive with every aspect of my book. If any problems arose, they were there to fix them. The end product was beautiful. They are now working on my second book. I would recommend them to anyone who aspires to have their work published. I really enjoyed their services, and the team I had was amazing.

Everything was very smooth. David Alonzo was pleasant to work with and he explained everything thoroughly. My only suggestion would be to explain to 1st time authors how the pay works and that Amazon takes 30% from each book. All of that should be explained to people who is not sure about self-publishing. Overall the experience is good. I'd give it an A- . I will ask for David's help for the next book.

I signed up to publish 3 books at the end of June, and spent over 3 months doing so. I was an unpublished writer at the time, and now I am an author with 3 books on Kindle/Amazon Paper Books.
Quite an achievement. And--I'm 75 years old!
The team, especially Daniel, were very professional; and they did their best to answer my questions, problem-solve areas of concern, and contact me (phone and email) in a timely manner.
As this was my first time publishing a book, it did take me a while to acclimate myself to the process; but the team was patient and always open to suggestions as we moved forward.
They were diligent in moving the process along in a timely fashion and, as I spent more time with them, I became more and more confident about the publishing process. They also provided me with the names of organizations that are available to promote my books once published and were never pushy, just encouraged me to consider viable options.
Publishing my books has always been a dream of mine and difficult to achieve. I published an adult fiction, a spiritual fantasy, and a historical romance.
I absolutely loved the covers, and seeing my books in print! I have one unfinished book left to eventually publish, a Florida mystery, and I know that I will be requesting Daniel from BookMarketeers.

What is great about my team is their patience and resilience throughout my first publishing experience. EASY WORKING RELATIONSHIP! The only items that kept this from being a higher rating were upsell requests outside of budget and minor editing mishaps (missing page numbers or images...).

I've never had anyone in any company I've ever dealt with, put out so much work ethic, loyalty and devotion to her clients! Working with Mike and Travis for editing services was a good experience. I am not the easiest person in the world to work with, admittedly. I am very pleased with the attentiveness and personalized attention I received.

I was skeptical at first but, over time, I formed a comfortable personal relationship with the editors and managers working on my project. There was not a single time where I needed a response and did not receive one immediately. I never felt like a "number". They delivered everything promised... ahead of schedule, in most cases.

I highly recommend the editing services offered.

Marc was very helpful and encouraging me to try to raise the exposure of my book with a marketing plan that would raise it from 5000,000 where it is listed to about the 1100 position. Also helped to put a better price on the books. Thank you Marc

LONG BUT PLEASE READ!

For some reason, Book Marketeers asked Trust Pilot to see if I would update my review of the horrible service and work I got from them. Here is what happened after I left my review a few weeks ago.

For the first time in 8 months, someone responded to me from this company. We communicated via email and the phone. After telling this person that 75% of the contract I signed wasn't done (the 25% that was done was done poorly), they offered to do another book "if I had one" to make up for everything. Now, most of the services I paid for (website, marketing, etc) I have done on my own after hearing nothing for 8 months and the contract expiring. I had asked for a 50% refund (yes, they only did 25% of the work and I was willing to take just a 50% refund to be done with this terrible company) and they refused saying that it was after 6 months. Remember, they didn't reply to me or my lawyer for 8 months (the lawyer was only involved the last 5 months). Still, at the time of this conversation, I was 5 months and 3 weeks from the expiration date of the contract. In other words, still within 6 months. I even offered to delete my review since I would have been satisfied with the overall outcome. But no, they offered me services that they've proven they can't do or won't do. They will never touch another book of mine.
The editing was not good (example: they removed all quotation marks for 10 pages and only put them back after I requested it. And they did it wrong.) The marketing was not even close to being done properly (and only on 1 of 3 books) and I only got half of the paid-for social media accounts. The ads they ran I had to proofread AFTER they were published. Not good to have errors on your ads if you're a writer. There were numerous other things not done in the contract. NUMEROUS!
Anyway, the offer they made was insulting because they already knew I'd done most of the marketing stuff myself now and they wouldn't have to do it. Isn't it also odd that they don't like to give refunds after 6 months when they ignore you for 8 months? My lawyer's demand letter went undelivered at their address (a P.O. box) because they don't use it. He called the post office and was told that. He also found that this company divested from its UK parent company a few years ago. In other words, there is no legal recourse you can take against this company when they don't perform the work.
They do a good job on covers (I started with that and then thought I'd have them do more since they did such a good job), but nothing else. Seriously, read the contract before you sign. It sounds great and in your favor. But they know you can't go after them legally and they hook you with the small job done well and an inviting contract. Then they ignore you until it expires.
Please, if you want to succeed as an author, do not use this company. You will lose your money. I paid for and designed my own website, paid for my own ads, paid for my own trailers, and paid for a lawyer to just try and get them to respond, which eventually led to trying to file a suit and finding out we couldn't because of how this company is running. I had paid them to do all the work I ended up having to pay for again when they breached the contract intentionally. And yes, not returning messages, calls, and lawyers is intentional. My project manager (Ryan Cooper) repeatedly lied to me and his boss (Jack Mathews) wouldn't reply. After getting caught in a lie, my project manager stopped communicating. Then, after being quiet about it for so long while I tried to use our court system to get my refund and finding out I can't, I write a review so others can know and, bam, they reply that same day after eight months of silence. I ignored several other scathing reviews when I used this company because their overall rating was high. Please, don't fall for it like I did. Find another company that cares about its customers and will actually do the work or refund you if they don't. This company won't do either. And they quit responding when you become wise to their subpar work just so they can make it where they can use their 6 month refund policy. Unfortunately for them, I know that's a lie too since I was one week shy of 6 months from the expiration date of the contract. That was determined by me submitting my last action in the contract (the final draft of my final story in the multi-book contract) and then them taking no action. After all, how do you know you need a refund until either the work is bad or the contract is breached? So the 6 months has to start either from the contract being completed and a customer isn't satisfied, or from the customer doing all they can and simply hearing nothing at all after that last act.

Other than correcting the same punctuation corrections several times over it was great. If it wasn't for that I would give them 5 stars, Jennefer got everything straightened out.

The company made it very easy to get my first book published. They really work with you and keep you on task. They are very timely with their communication and I would work with them again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was clear that the imaged for the cover were AI generated and I think that made it more difficult to get aspects of the cover right. Other than that, I can't fault them.
