One of the things that made my experience great was the almost instantaneous response to my e-mails. The instructions were clear for me to follow in what they needed to get my book to the publish stage. It only took a few weeks - start to finish!

Working with BookMarketeers was an interesting experience. I started my first book in 2023 and published it in 2025.
Anyone who reads these reviews should understand that complications can arise during this process. My two-year experience discouraged and frustrated me.
When I returned to the "process," BookMarketeers had reorganized. The manager was understanding and assigned my book a new project agent.
Thanks to Joe, my book was published in one month! He was patient during my frustrations and kind during my outbursts. The other teams that created my book cover and back cover synopsis were fabulous.
All I ask from any company is that I be able to trust their product and service. I trust BookMarketeers.

Daniel Jackson was very helpful and his response time when I asked questions was very good. The editing was good, too. I am praying that everything looks good on the actual book.

The editing and publishing process for my first fiction novel were top-notch. I started with the intention of doing self-publishing, but decided to get a professional editor and after some research, decided on bookmarketeers.com. The editors are fantastic.

My formatting also needed some help standardizing titles, chapter breaks, indentation and other common needs related to the look and feel of a book. This team taught me there are differences between formatting for an eBook and a printed copy.

The publishing process can be daunting, from getting an ISBN number assigned to knowing which sites to post your book to. The team at bookmarketers.com know all this already and take care of much of the details, leaving me more time to write my next novel.

Bookmarketeers is a great service that makes self publishing simple and easy. Through email and phone calls Daniel Jackson helped me publish my first book, over reaching my initial expectations. The proofreader made great grammar suggestions from my draft, and never changed anything I didn't want. It was also simply to add new material during this process. Buyer Beware! This will cost you time and money.
My experience-
Saw their ad on the internet and decided to contact them. The ad offered their $1,000 service for $500. After a conversation with them, I was offered a contract that included what I wanted and needed. So, the process started. I sent them the Word document of my booklet, 38 pages, that I wanted to be an eBook only. Not a physical book, but an eBook only. Their editing of my work needed little help, having been already edited by a non-Catholic pastor and a Catholic Pastor.
This started on October 2, 2023 and I ended it on June 27, 24. In 8 months they could not help me get my booklet, Preparing for Death, God’s Plan, onto the internet as an eBook.
I can only guess that the reason I was not helped better is because I affirmed at least 3- 4 times that I did not have deep pockets.
Person ( second Project Manager) at the end, on the phone, said I was uncooperative. To this I said B.S. Twice. He said he had 50 clients.

If there is any fault on my part, it’s not having deep pockets and being overly patient. After 8 months I just could not go any farther with Bookmarketeers.

My advice- If you use Bookmarketeers, be willing to have deep pockets and insist on a schedule that costs them a dollars penalty if they fail. If they can’t agree, don’t use them!
Most importantly- Use $250 Cash Cards to pay costs! Do not give them a Credit or Debit Card number. They only got me for $250 because of my wife’s suggestion. I did ask for the Guaranteed Refund and have not received it after 2 months.

I accidentally found this company and my contact was Daniel Jackson. He was thorough, professional, sales oriented but friendly and low pressure. He explained all my options, asking what I desired to accomplish, but let me make up my own mind. I am very pleased with my time with Daniel and appreciate his sincere help. George Turner

Book marketeers are a fraud, and a rip off!! As a first time author, I trusted them with my material and money. I was robbed for both of them. I haven’t received all of my material that I paid for, nor did I receive my copyright certificate. They want answer my calls or text messages. PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!! Any positive reviews you read are from them and not actual clients!

I am writing to share my deep disappointment with the services provided by Book Marketeers, to whom I entrusted nearly $20,000. Despite paying in full, they failed to deliver the promised APP and the marketing services they guaranteed, including advertisements in the New York Times and a billboard in Times Square, which were supposed to be provided in 2023.

Over the past year and a half, I’ve been passed from one manager to another, including the high level roles, each promising that my issue would be resolved and my money returned. Sadly, none of these assurances have been honored.

After I posted a review in June about my experience, Book Marketeers contacted me, assuring me they would refund my investment if I removed the review. Trusting their word, I took the review down the same day. I was supposed to receive the first refund on July 2nd, 2024, but to this day, I have not received anything. Now, no one answers my calls or replies to my emails.

I can provide all emails, receipts, and contracts to anyone who needs more proof.
