What a rip off company took my money then phoned a few hrs later to say the second leg of the journey was fully booked but for an extra 200 odd pound they could get me on the flight, pure scum stay well clear ohh then tried to charge to cancel the flights luckily I paid with a credit card full refund on its way

If I could leave no stars I would.

Took money for 4 flights to America, then called to say the price was excluding tax & other charges. I then had to either pay an extra £580 or pay a cancellation fee of £150pp even though they hadn’t provided me with the flight at the price they were advertising. When I paid the difference they then changed the flight times, stops & times.

It’s a SCAM company & would advise to avoid at all costs!!!

Good and Quality service

The support team helped me out while I was booking my tickets. I had a couple of questions and they explained things in a simple way. It wasn't rushed, which I appreciated, and it made me feel okay about using them again in the future.

Don’t book through them. They are thieves. First they get the ticket money then within 5 minutes they say prices are gone up and I have to pay thousand more than the previous price. No cancellation no refund and your money will stuck, not even issue the ticket. Frauds are sitting and one guy name Danny say he is the management and only he can deal with this with no result. Worst ever experience. From last 2 months my money is stuck.

Be Aware - Liars and Thieves.
This is not a company, these are scummy crooks.
They lie about the price, take your money then phone back to say you are thousands short of what's actually needed.
Every caller you get is called John, pretty strange considering they are all Pakistani.

Just look at all 5 star reviews here, they are from verified accounts meaning they have been requested to by the company (workers, friends etc)

Today I saw the price of a flight in booknfly website, I started to book, a man called with Indian accent, finish your booking! I told I am not sure about the luggage, he said I will send you the confirmation email you can have 30 kilos luggage with yourself, I booked 2 tickets london Dubai one way with the price of £679.44,the price for two tickets one way in the website,he called again! And sent me an email , I should pay another £630! In the website in check out the total price was £679.44 , he said this is the tax! I told refund my money ,are you thief! He said we can only refund £300! In the daytime rubbing badly the pocket of the people!!! I asked my daughter to help me to talk to Amex my bank , not to allow rub my bank account. The bank freezes my card…… DO NOT FALL ON THEIR TRAP.

tried purchasing a ticket their aim is to take more money from you buy falsely advertising a ticket that doesn’t exist and later force you into buying an expensive ticket with loads of extra charges on top. ONCE YOU GIVE A REVIEW THEY USE AI TO COUNTER YOUR REVIEW WITH A FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
We purchased a ticket from the uk to LA from this website, which stated luggage included. After a while we noticed we hadn't recieved any confirmation. We called the company and spoke to Nelson, who now claimed the flight we had booked was no longer available and that we needed to pay extra for luggage. They wanted to change our flight to the following day and also charge extra for luggage that was included on the flight we had booked. We could not travel on that following day as we needed to be at our destination by that date. So obviously we asked for a refund so we could purchase our flight elsewhere, they refused and stated if we did cancel we would have to pay cancellation fees. How can a company advertise a service they dont have then expect YOU the customer to pay them for not delivering as advertised.
Tried calling again and spoke to John who was very rude and not helpful at all.
We are currently speaking to the fraud team and have made a complaint to the financial ombudsman
Absolute disgrace of a company.

I had a few questions about my ticket and got in touch with the support team. They gave me clear answers and walked me through what I needed to do. A couple of steps took me a moment to understand, but their guidance made it manageable and I was able to finalise my booking.

Do not use this scamming overpriced lying company.
Email recieved from my credit card company about the fake advertised prices. Do not trust booknfly.

Scammers - do not trust their false advertised offers
They took my payment then phoned to say there was an issue with flights and needed to pay an extra £2000.
Do not use - complete scum

Misled about baggage & charged extra £297.
Plus bullying tactics of no refund & no ticket will be issued if not confirmed.
These are conmen
Avoid like plague.

Booking my ticket through this agency was simple, and the process felt organised from the start. They got back to my questions quickly, and the staff stayed helpful along the way, which made things less stressful for me.

Scammer .fraud fraud fraud ...they use false names like Steve & John ….charge u invoice price later send u different invoice more then double price and say these are taxes etc .
I have got all screen shots of scam and reporting it further.
Plz avoid them if u don’t want to be victim of their fraud

John is great he is very helpfull n gave me the best deal i really recommend him to anyone thanks again for the great service john.

Found flights, booked the flights, only to be told that those flights weren't available and hadn't been booked, but that we could have alternative dates at an extra cost. Alternative dates were not an option for us as the date we booked was specific for work arrangements and we were then told if we dont accept the alternatives offered, we will incur the cancellation fee of £250 per person (2 people). Very rude staff, constantly spoke over us. Scam company, no matter what you book, there will be extra costs or they wont even have the flights you think you have booked. Avoid this company

Victor and his boss, Jacob have just ripped me off to the tune of £1600.
Dealt with Victor on phone who came up with a great fare of £2217 for 3 adults to Australia in October. A good deal so I
quickly checked the names and flight details on the invoice sent. Paid the £2217 then moment's later saw the bottom on the invoice showing £2217 as a non refundable deposit!
Tried everything to get them to give our money back. Police and bank will not help as I "agreed" to this price. Eventually got £617 back after a cancellation fee was deducted. These 2 men are crooks. They even sounded quite chuffed that they'd done so well.
That was our ticket money!
I hope karma catches these 2 asap.

Do Not Use this company!!
I booked 3 return flights from Dublin to Chicago totalling £1885
This was a 3 day trip for my sisters funeral
After 20 minutes, a worker John (as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike) called back to say our return flight was booked but our outgoing flight was unavailable but he could rebook us a new flight for £2500 on top of what we paid.
I told him I didn’t accept this and wanted a cancellation- he happily told me this would be at a cost of £275 per person as our return flight was available.
£825 this has cost me for booking a flight in 2 days time - what makes it worse is the same flights I bought were still available on the website
The handler John was terrible, couldn’t explain much and wasn’t able to answer when I questioned things (didn’t help he was eating away as we spoke)
Zero compassion regarding our situation
