This is a scam - I promise you on my life this is a scam not just a sour grapes review. Paid £1000 or so for ticket to Auckland . Minutes after paying get an email to send need to pay £ 1400 more by tomorrow at 4pm or “ deposit “ lost . Phoned my bank and spoke to fraud dept who looked into it . Definitely a scam .their address is an empty building .please do not buy a ticket from this company .

Bought flight tickets from this company, spoke to them over the phone and at no point during the conversation that the flight price was only a deposit. No mention was ever made that tax is not included. The advisor kept saying it was the base rate and luggage is included. Asked that the price was the total price and he was very vague and did not mention taxes were not included. I went ahead with the booking assuming I was paying the full price. 15 minutes later I got another email to say an outstanding balance was due tomorrow. Rang the company straight back to ask for a refund as I was missold the tickets. They clearly have no customer service they were rude, abusive and quite threatening and used obscenities. This company is a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wish I read the reviews before booking with scam agent they told me the flight was they circ 400 then told me it I thought I was getting an on the BA sell I agreed because it was 390 pounds only to be told it was a thousand pounds I wasn't even giving the discounted price BA was promoting this is a scam travel agent do not use them and understanding that a lot of these travel agents have friends working in the Airlines like BA and Virgin so I suggest to anybody to report them to be a in writing not using their webform due to the fact that they have friends within BA that block their bad reviews with BA from the same ethnic background the law needs to change to reflect people coming from abroad setting up travel agents to defraud British citizens all tickets should be able to be with refund within 24 hours just like in the US

Booked a flight to Bangkok, the total cost which I paid in full via the payment link sent directly to me was £419.14. This was booked with the agent, Michael. The following day, I received a phone call from Michael suggesting he had sent another payment link for £556 which needed to be paid by 16:00hrs to secure my flight. When questioned Michael implied the first payment was a deposit, however, this was not mentioned on booking, or when taking payment.
Total cost £975.14, this was not mentioned. Very dishonest company. Lyndon Jones- vulnerable 81 year old.

Scam scam scam please do not use this service Even after taking payment for 4 people issued ticket for 2 people only and saying can’t get refund back. Telling me to do bank transfer and asking for extra money and telling me that my payment is going to Decline and if I want to get the tickets do other payment. I asked for refund he told me I will receive payment within 3 days. Then he told me I can’t get refund and has booked ticket for 2 people and for other 2 people I have to pay 2 thousand pounds more.

AVOID, SCAM, issued an email saying I would not be charged until confirmation, I thought this was weird so I looked them up and saw they were a scam, when I called to acknowledge I do not confirm they said there is no refund and wouldn't even issue a ticket! Avoid at all costs total scammers there website should be flagged and removed. Would give no stars if possible

I booked four tickets to Kuala Lumpur through Booknfly and was completely misled. The advertised price was £2,128 in total, which I paid in full via their payment link. Only after payment did the agent suddenly demand an additional £3,500 for “tax and fees,” threatening that my original payment would become non-refundable if I refused.

I never received the tickets I paid for — only an email itinerary with no valid booking. When I declined to pay more, they bombarded me with repeated calls, voicemails, and emails pressuring me to hand over more money.

This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. After researching, I found many other victims describing the exact same experience with this company. Avoid at all costs — they take your money, then try to extort more while withholding the product you paid for.

I just spoke to a customer service advisor and he was extremely rude on the phone. Do not book with this company.

Understood our needs and requirements, provided good advice and was very helpful.

We had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this travel agency.

When searching their website, the total cost for flights from Manchester to Perth for three passengers was displayed as £2,802. After expressing interest, we were contacted by an agent named Victor, who confirmed the flights, baggage allowance, and advised that the final price would be £2,790. On that basis, we proceeded with the payment in good faith.

However, we were subsequently informed by email that in order to receive the tickets, an additional payment of £3,500 would be required by 5pm the following day. This practice is wholly unacceptable and gives the impression of serious misrepresentation.

For improvement, the agency should ensure complete transparency in pricing before taking payment and avoid placing customers under pressure with unexpected additional charges. Honest and accurate communication is essential to maintain customer trust.

Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

⚠️ Scam Company – Stay Away!

I booked flights with Booknfly after being told over the phone that the payment of £1,900 was the full price for my tickets. After I paid, they contacted me again demanding an additional £3,500, claiming I had only paid the “base fare.” This was never explained at the time of booking.

They have now sent me an email saying if I don’t pay the extra money by a deadline, my £1,900 deposit will be non-refundable. This is exactly the same scam that many other reviewers have reported.

No genuine travel company operates like this — airlines and reputable agents do not demand hidden fees after you’ve already paid the agreed amount. This is a deliberate fraudulent practice to take people’s money.

I have reported this to my bank and to Action Fraud. Please do not trust this company they are running a scam and preying on customers.

I had the most **disgusting** experience with this company. I found a flight to Miami for £330 on their website and booked it. I got an email confirming my reservation, so I called them to double-check that £330 was the final price. The guy I spoke to, Michael, said yes, and I agreed to pay based on that.

Then, out of nowhere, I get another email saying I need to pay an extra £450 to complete the booking. This is beyond frustrating, especially since Michael confirmed the price at £330.

I asked for a Data Subject Access request to figure out what went wrong, and they flat-out refused. They then offered to cancel the booking for £120, which I agreed to just so I wouldn’t lose all my money.

I’m still waiting for confirmation on the cancellation, and I’ve had to raise it with my bank. Honestly, avoid this company at all costs—they’re dishonest and completely unprofessional.

I phoned in to sort out my travel insurance Didn't have to wait long before someone picked up, which was a relief. The person I spoke with explained the cover, and I did ask them to go over one bit again because I wasn't paying full attention the first time. I the end, I understood what was included and got it arranged.

I booked what was advertised as a return ticket for £547.91. The email showed both outbound and return flights listed. After taking my payment, BooknFly phoned me back to say the outbound wasn’t confirmed and demanded another £300–£400 in “waiting list/baggage/confirmation fees” to secure it.

They told me my booking would “auto-cancel after 6pm, non-refundable” unless I paid more. When I asked a simple question – “What did I pay £547.91 for?” – the agent (Brian) dodged it repeatedly.

I refused to pay extra, mentioned that I would escalate through my bank, and suddenly the next day I received a full refund. That says it all.

⚠️ This is a bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with cheap fares, then pile on hidden charges and pressure tactics. If I hadn’t pushed back, I would have been forced to pay close to £1,000 – while booking direct with the airline was actually cheaper.

Save yourself the stress and book direct with the airline or a reputable ATOL/ABTA agent.

Call your bank and dispute it to get your money back guys :)

I was comparing a few options before I booked and eventually picked one that looked okay for me. Had to scroll back once or twice to recheck some of the details, but that's pretty normal when you're not sure about the small print. Payment went through and I got my confirmation shortly after.

We looked through a few insurance options on the site before deciding on one. The layout made it simple enough to compare what was included, though I still double-checked the details to be sure. In the end, we went with the plan that felt suitable for us.

These have to be the worst company I have ever had misfortune to book with!
Paid for 2 flights for over £2000 which was taken straight away from my bank.
E mail back saying they need to check the flights are avaliable.
Only to be rung back by a man called 'jacob' telling me i had to pay £1000 for extras i said I would just cancel to be told they wanted me to pay £750 cancellation fee even though they couldn't deliver what I had paid for.
I was offered another flight which was unsuitable and more expensive and as I didn't want to pay another penny to this company I refused, I wanted what they had advertised.
After alot of wrangling stressful phone calls to the bank and this company i was threated with their legal team and was told as a 'gesture of good will' they would only charge me £250 to cancel!
As i didn't want to lose all my money i very reluctantly accepted this, only then to be told they had tried to pay it back but my bank refused to accept it which is laughable, I have not received one penny back from this company to this day
Numerous e mails and phone calls to no avail.
Saved all year long to go and see me daughter in Australia and all my money just stolen.
To say I'm upset is an understatement, I felt bullied and harassed.
I can't actually believe this company is allowed to carry on trading.
Reported to action fraud online and hopefully they will report to the police.
Please please avoid at all costs.
