I can add questions on my booking forms - photo consent, allergies and anything else I need to know without having to contact customers.

If my events are the same each week I can duplicate them and also, add discounts if people book them all.

BookWhen is such a great way to advertise my yoga and mindfulness retreat and events. Everything is all in one place. Attendees can book and pay with ease and payment is all linked for ease of managing funds. Highly recommended. It is super easy to set up and add/move content when needed. I started using Bookwhen at the beginning of lockdown, and it was an absolute lifesaver. Launching online classes while trying to manage bookings, payments and new technology was incredibly challenging, but Bookwhen made it all manageable.

Setting up your classes on the platform is definitely a time investment, as it’s a very comprehensive system. But once everything is in place, it takes a huge weight off your shoulders. The system runs smoothly, and everything becomes so much easier to manage.

Easy to use, all the guides are helpful and it is easy for clients too, maybe needs to say on the first page that payments are taken after confirming booking as some clients hadn't got this far before they queried how to pay. Made my life a lot easier using this tool. Highly recommend. Isn't too badly priced but It would be nice if clients received confirmation under this payment level.

Very easy to manage, reliable booking system. We have members, various discounts, vouchers, several schedules - it copes with all of this. Ease of use is another thing bookwhen is providing. We have 4 team members and all can use it without needing a degree ;-)

I have a great experience with Bookwhen. I use it for my Daisy First Aid business as well and I always recommend it to anyone as the team is very helpful, the system is easy to use and if you are stuck somewhere, you can always ask the team, they are happy to help with anything at any point.
It is also very beneficial for us that you can sign up up and cancel a plan any time as we just do events twice a year. Also for my other business I love that it is automatic and I do not have to renew every month. It is a great system with a great team all together!

What a load of rubbish. Had to re-new password every time I had to use this horrible web site.
I will not book anything if they use this site. Total frustrating rubbish.

I am getting used to setting up events and the process is fair. A few tricky moments however good value for the service and I am keen to keep developing the system to make bookings smoother.
