I went to the store to return a couple of items that did not fit, it was 2 days after the receipt expiry date, they refused to take them back, I explained that I was unwell and could not visit the store sooner.

The response from the staff was rude and arrogant, especially from James.

I spend hundreds of pounds in the store, but will not be giving them a penny again.

Took my dad to the Walsall store to get some shoes. Due to his Parkinson’s disease it takes a long time to try on and find shoes that actually fit as he feet can swell. We were helped by a lovely assistant called Sarah. She took the time to speak to my dad about his Parkinson’s asking can he manage laces or does he prefer Velcro. Speaking to him rather than us which very rarely happens as people tend to ignore him and speak to us. We ended up getting 3 pairs rather than 1 as she gave him so much choice he couldn’t decide.

My friend an I went to boundry mill Walsall to buy some paver shoes.We were very pleased with our purchases. We had a lovely assistant named GURMIT. she was one of the most, helpful, patience, pleasant, person you could ever wish to meet.She made our day. Evelyn Angela.

Went to Boundry Mills Sheffield today with friends being a Muslim needed to pray noon prayer asked staff if there was facility we could use they kindly suggested the changing room facility which was really good and clean, both men and women were able to do so.
Thank you very much to Boundry Mills now it is our go to place.

Visited sheffield store on 11.01.25 . I bought a thermos travel tumbler for £22. The tag stayed original price £42.99 reduced to £29.99 then to £21.99. Following an online search the tumbler has never been priced at £42.99 or even £29.99. The genuine thermos site has the same tumbler for £21.99 reduced from £24.99. What a con. Falsely pricing item to belive we are getting a bargain is unlawful. Boundry Mills you should be ashamed.

I bought an electric hand whisk by Judge from Boundary Mill Store in Shiremoor and it did not work properly as it whisked at such a speed that my butter and sugar flew out of the bowl. I returned it to say it was not fit for purpose and the manager said that as I'd used it I could not have a refund. I would have been happy with a credit note but she was adamant that as it was used I could not return the faulty goods. Obviously without trying it how could I know it was faulty?

I love Boundary Mill at Walsall and go there lots.
Upset today though to be told by a young girl in the changing room that I must put the clothes i am returning on the hangers myself as it is not her job.
Customer care lacking, no "sorry but" or "please."
Anyway I had tried myself in the changing room first to do that. No problem with the top. Easy easy.
But they seem to have acquired a lot of bendy hangers and the bosses need to know it is not easy.
I have osteoporosis very badly in my thumbs and I am a few months off 80.
Looking round the customers 90% of us are all knocking on.
So this young "lady" gets paid to hand you a number after counting the garments and possibly to stroll back to the racks and put them back after you have mastered the Chinese Puzzle otherwise known as the new hangers.
What was the matter with the straight hangers and pegs either side for trousers and skirts?

Anyway yesterday and today office staff Debbie and a really kind assistant helped me sort out something. I bought some infusion oil and lost it. They took a lot of trouble spotting me on the camera and phoned me this morning to confirmed that I had picked it up and left the store. I still can't find it but returned to buy another today and some more clothes.
So a big thank you to them going the extra mile. The assistant was especially good and has just had a bereavement but amazingly brave and I commend her to you as a star worker.
So nice when you chat to the staff and it makes you want to return again and again!!!!

paid a visit to Boundry Mill Walsall for xmas gifts,( ie shoes) was unsure what to purchase untill along came Gurmit . What a helpful young lady, gave us really good advice on styles, brands and costs. paid a visit to wharehouse a couple of times to check the stock for us , no problem. Went to purchase a pair of shoes finished up with 3 pairs. thank you Gurmit for your advice, great gifts.

We went to the Pavers store inside of Boundary Mills in Walsall, and it was a great experience! There were a large selection of shoes, and Sarah and Gurmit were very helpful!

Hi visited for a supply of Stones Ginger wine, Mums tonic and great price. Have to travel to Walsall about 30miles but we usually enjoy our trips.
We had a late afternoon trip on 3rd Dec and found a few Christmas presents, including new slippers for Mums feet. Required slippers with no seams to run toes.
In the Pavers section Gurmit came to help and found lots of different slippers until one was found suitable.

I was very lucky to be served by Gurmit at pavers at Boundary Mill , Walsall on Monday, she made sure I was in a safe place because I have a mobility problem and went out of her way to find me a very good selection of wide fitting court shoes. She advised me on size and style. Gurmit then helped me and my husband find appropriate Sketchers slip on all while attending to other customers as well, with good humor and respect. We spent around £200 but were very happy with our shopping because of the service we had received from Gurmit and other members of the staff.

Shop floor excellent. Bargains definitely. But cafe need to be more accommodate. Omg how can they do scones without clotted fresh cream. Every single person went to and asked if there was any cream. Come guys respect ,the scones. Plz look into it.

I went to Boundary Outlet Walsall to buy walking boots.
Jade from Pavers was extremely helpful. She sorted me many pairs of boots in different colours and styles to help me choose a comfortable fit.
Jade was really pleasant and very polite. I will certainly shop there again.

Maybe some staff training would come in useful.
Returns they insist that you have the original the label attached and refer you in terms of conditions on the rear of the receipt that has no mention of the label being to be attached.
I believe UK consumer law only requires you to have the receipt of purchase for returns at unboxed items.

Allison on the Pavers footwear section at Catcliffe is amazing, she was so much more than helpfull being careing, attentive & could not have done any more to help my dissabled mum in her search for shoes. Thank you Allison you are a star.

From the moment we entered the shop we were met by an assistant with a smile and a Good Morning. The displays were inviting and immaculate. The assistants were very helpful especially Mr. A. Patterson who served us at the checkout. He was very smart and welcoming. He assisted us with explaining the Boundary Mill app and was patient answering all our questions. It was a very good experience to see all your staff happy.

I would like to say how brilliant Stef and I think it was Kerry on the Julian Charles department are . They helped me match sheets pillow cases and cushions to my bedding even though it was purchased elsewhere . It looks fabulous .

We go to Boundary Mill Outlet in Colne a few times a year. We love the place, but as I have mobility issues I find it tough going getting around the whole Outlet. I noticed yesterday how many other elderly and disabled people were struggling too. I don’t need to use a Wheelchair yet and it would be considerate for the management to consider strategically placing benches or some kind of seating around the store for the elderly and disabled to rest and recover to have a better shopping experience. I would have given 5 stars, but the lack of consideration for the people who struggle lead me to only award 3 stars
