Great customer service

The item was great
The item was great, although the branch that delivered the item rang on the Monday to say that it would be put on the delivery for Monday. So hung about all day for the delivery on Monday. When it got to 4.30, rang the branch and they said that all deliveries were done for the day, and now it would be Tuesday. Which was fine, but messing about with people's time, which is finite, is frustrating. Delivery arrived on Tuesday morning, and the delivery guy was spot on.

Haven’t had credit after 2 weekI and bag of…
I ordered 2 bags of sand and bag of cement, when I went to collect, I realised I ordered the wrong type of sand. Went back into the shop and ordered the correct sand. All good.
The staff said they would credit me back for the wrong ordered sand, took a photo of the order and said they would sort out that day.
That was 2 weeks ago and no sign of any credit. I’ve now got to go back to the yard to sort out. I know it’s only £8 but isn’t the point. I appreciate I made the mistake in the first place but would not expect to have to go back to sort out. Not good.

Terrible service
No email saying “your order is ready to collect”.
TPs sent this 10 minutes after opening the next day.
When I tuned up to collect, yard guy pointed at where things were and told me to help myself. Terrible customer service! Could have loaded up anything I wanted in the van and made off with it.
