Bradfords - Bridport BBS Opiniões

The staff were really helpful at both Bridport and Dorchester branches - only downside was that the online shop indicated stock available at Bridport when there was none, hence trip to Dorchester.

Delivered so quickly. Helpful driver and a good experience.

I ordered online so the whole process was easy though the website does show some items were in stock that I later found out were not. The staff at my local depot were friendly and helpful and the delivery driver took the time to place my items under cover to avoid the rain. 5 stars from me.

Very accommodating, great local supplier

Being non tech minded I made mistakes trying to order online. When I found out they went out of their way to sort it out for me and got my order on track. Thankyou Bridport depot

Excellent friendly service. Quick delivery of products.

Hi Chris here, I'm a serious DIY enthusiast, have been using Bradford's for years.
What I like most is their pricing policy.
They have a great range of materials and some interesting items that cant be seen locally at other similar outlets.
Customer service is 1st class.
Delivery is timely and usually free.
They have continued to provide much needed materials despite Covid.
Hats Off to you .

Very good service at a good price

A good delivery service. Would have liked a little forewarning of the time of delivery however. Products are good, and the delivery charge was reasonable.

When I got the bosch grinder box home I noticed that the bosch seal was broken and the disc key/lever was missing,so my purchase had been tampered with, never going back to bradfords,

I ordered on line to get the 10% discount. I would have preferred to order at my local branch where I could talk with them and get their advice as I am a DIYer.
The website had wood lengths which were not my preference and turned out not to be available at my local branch. When I spoke with them I was able to order and get some wood at a better length
The deliveries went very well with a nice driver.

Product delivered when and where wanted. What else is needed?

Delivery from the Bridport (or maybe Axminster...?) depot was swift, assured and safe.
The guy was effective at delivering some cumbersome timber, to exactly where specified, with complete politeness, courtesy and professionalism. All that, with a smile.
Thanks

Delivery was brilliant put my order exactly where we needed it thank you

Quick, efficient, helpful friendly service.

What a great company, ordered materials online, had them delivered when requested, the driver was a true professional, an asset to your company!
