Excellent service, although we were not in delivery driver phoned and dropped goods off exactly as advised. He made all the difference to my view of Bradfords. Excellent service !

Skilful delivery
The delivery driver was great he managed to manoeuvre the load into the rear garden exactly where we wanted it. Have used Bradfords before and will definitely use them again.

Inform the customer when you are going…
Inform the customer when you are going to deliver not when the delivery driver is ringing the door bell. This is after emailing and calling at 16.30 the day before only to be told my delivery hasn’t been allocated to a vehicle but it will be a small van because my order was small, surprise surprise the small van turned out to be a 18 tonne lorry.

I ordered sharp sand and kiln dried…
I ordered sharp sand and kiln dried sand online and paid up front. Both items were apparently in stock. When a day or so later I had heard nothing further I telephoned and was told items were ready for collection. On arrival was told that kiln dried sand was out of stock and delivery date unknown. I said website indicated it was in stock. Then told website always indicated items were in stock. Cannot understand logic of this except that I now have a credit with Bradfords and have no idea when item will be back in stock. This happened a few weeks ago. Not impressed and I think this is a sloppy approach to customer service.
