Hats off to the cool of the delivery driver from the Southwoods, Shepton M Bradfords ( sorry, I didn’t get your name). Despite the abuses from our “regularly shouting uncouth neighbour” and the non cooperative crane to unload, he maintained his lovely smile and reassured me that it’s all ok, really?? There’s a horrid man shouting at you!

Good product and price. Click and collect pointless, waited ages, then had to wait longer for a paper receipt even though I had paid online. Then I was rung later to say the order was ready even though I had laid the slabs and hour earlier.

Easy to choose product and order on line at reasonable price. Good communication about delivery. Did not make the time slot advised by text, but really pleasant driver and delivered with no drama.

They pulled out the stops and got my delivery to me exactly on time. The delivery/crane driver made I’d not only great at his job but also a really nice chap.

Used bradfords several times..2nd delivery didnt get delivered when it was expected,it was delivered 24hrs late ,,, 4th delivery was 24hrs early,, driver didnt even knock to inform he was delivering and as im recivering from covid i had to carry goods myself to where i wanted them

No delivery on specified date after I called to confirm in the morning.

After I called late afternoon they delivered the next day.
No communication, very poor

Ordered the wrong size timber so went into store. They were able to quickly change over the order and even though I arrived 30 mins before closing time they were all happy to jump out and give me a hand loading timbers onto my roof rack. Only issue I’ve had is the post Crete bags. Be sure to check these as a couple had gone off already.

I rented a Makita metal cutting chop saw. It wasn't at the local branch initially but the person handling the tool rentals was extremely helpful and got it delivered to his store. I rented it for one week and needed it for a bit longer which was no problem. I had to purchase my own blade but I knew this up front. Since I needed a blade for cutting stainless, I didn't expect it to be delivered with the saw. The saw was about 4 years old so had seen plenty of use. The base was not very flat but I was able to move the jaws of the vice to a flatter portion so I my cut would be exactly at right angles to the round tube I was cutting. The machine was missing the vice adapter to hold round stock.
I got the job done and overall it was a good experience but I wish the machine had been newer and complete with vice jaw adapter.

My order was dealt with promptly and a delivery time offered in a short period. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and went to trouble to respond to my needs. This was from the evercreech depot.
