Thank you for your feedback. I am incredibly sorry for the lack of communication; we’ve investigated and found that your emails were unfortunately filtered into our spam folder. This is not our standard, and we are currently fixing our filters to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Regarding your delivery, we confirmed your order was dispatched within 4 working days (within our 7-day promise), but it appears the courier encountered issues that caused the delay and the damaged packaging. While I’m glad the products themselves arrived safely, the presentation was clearly not up to scratch.

We’d love the chance to discuss your comments on quality and make things right.

Great boxes which finished off my Lego

After recently finishing two models, I noticed dust settling on one of them within weeks and knew they would be a pain to keep clean. I ordered two different boxes following an email to clarify some details. I received a very quick, reassuring reply and placed the order. The boxes were a competitive price, delivered quickly, and well-packaged. They came with a QR code for video instructions on how to build them, which was very simple. They fit together well, feel solid, and I’m so happy. The backgrounds on both of my boxes are high quality, and I will certainly order again if I get some more Lego models for my next birthday.

Cute minifigure bauble!

Ordered a personalised minifigure Christmas bauble for our friend’s 5 year old as we buy him a bauble every year. He loves it and now can’t wait to put up the Christmas tree.
He really enjoyed putting it together and helping to put the snow in.

Titanic looks great

This is my second case and am thrilled with it. Titanic is a big model so it’s a big case, but it was very well packed and arrive sooner than expected. Well done and I’ll be back again.
