Fantastic products and service!
Harry Nawaz from the Walton store was incredibly helpful and very accommodating in helping us choose the best garden set for our sunken fire pit area. From the initial consultation through to following up to ensure we were happy with our set, his service has been exemplary. Having bought from Bridgman before 10 years ago and with our garden dining set and garden corner sofa still looking fantastic, it was a no brainer to buy our new garden set from Bridgman again. Highly recommend buying from Bridgman if you want garden furniture that lasts the test of time and the British weather!

The best money can buy.
The best. Just had a new table and chairs delivered. 3 guys all very professional assembled it in my garden, took all the packaging away, this is my 3rd time buying garden furniture from Bridgeman, one of which I’ve had for 14 years and it’s still like new. You get what you pay for, and this furniture is the best by a country mile.

From the initial help to decide and purchase, to the ongoing updates, to delivery, everything went very well. Particular mention must be made concerning how helpful Paul was at initial point of sale and the delivery team who where very quick and charming. 5 star products AND service
Professional, efficient service from start to finish. We bought our furniture in September last year, and they kindly stored it in their warehouse over the winter for us. Emma has updated us along the way with regards to payments and delivery dates. Just waiting for delivery at the end of March!! Overall an amazing service and I would highly recommend.

We had delivery of our new Bridgman Rattan Furniture today. Apart from the fantastic quality of the exquisite furniture itself, we were beyond delighted with the delivery team that unwrapped everything for us and put it all in place. Mark and Courtney could not have been more professional. We had numerous questions to ask of them and they never seemed hurried and just calmly and politely took us through the answers to everything we asked. What a brilliant duo they are. Polite, pleasant, hard working, tidy and a good sense of humour as well. A first class team following on from the initial excellent delivery team that had previously delivered us other Bridgman furniture. Some good price outdoor furniture
We bought some great garden loungers from here. A good deal from the outlet section of the shop. The loungers appeared as described and we were kept up-to-date during the split delivery (stock from two different shops). A thoroughly painless experience and Harry's customer service and comms was excellent throughout, I'll be buying from here again!

Visit The Bridgman Enfield Showroom and ask for Bruno
I visited the Enfield Showroom which had a tremendous display and choice, but the customer experience was elevated to a completely different level upon meeting Bruno, their Sales Co-ordinator. He took the time to explain all the products and care to ensure my needs and aspirations were met. I cannot recommend this bespoke experience enough and am now excited to take receipt of my outdoor and all weather furniture. Do not be fooled by cheaper alternatives that are merely 'Resistant' and flatter to deceive.
